Staff were very friendly, I had been trying to find the right sofa for weeks as I had a specific list of things I wanted and had struggled to find a sofa that ticked all my boxes. I found staff extremely helpful, looking for multiple options and configurations for me online and being very friendly whilst doing so. I left feeling very happy with our sofa choice.

Staff, especially Louise, were very helpful and friendly without being pushy. We knew what we wanted and an order was placed, and paid, for on the day of our visit. We got the feeling that nothing would have been a problem.
