DFS Furniture - Basildon Reviews 

Ordered some new sofas today at DFS and the customer service from start to finish was great. Right from the moment I stepped into the store and through to placing an order, the sales adviser was incredibly helpful. The adviser was always friendly and courteous. I visited the store several times before I finally made a decision and each time I visited, there was no pressure from the adviser to make a sale.

Visited our local store with vague idea of what we wanted. Was warmly greeted at the door and then left alone to have a browse. Once we decided we were approached to discuss further, very helpful and knowledgeable staff, thank you Kelly!

We were welcomed by Asha who was very friendly and asked if we needed some time to look around. When we were ready Asha took the time to make sure we were purchasing what we needed and gave us lots of options regarding colour options and weather we wanted leather or material. Asha talked us through finance and what was involved and weather we wanted leather care and a care package which we took.
We would like to thank Asha for being polite and not rushing us on our decision to purchase our new furniture.

Found a sofa that worked for a tight space, customer service (Joe in store) was exceptional, very patient and explained everything perfectly, could not fault the service

DFS pips hill Basildon is a fabulous store has everything , The young lady Kelly who served my son and I today made us feel so totally at ease not rushed at all . Just said go explore try all the items you’re interested in .
I found the perfect sofa bed and armchair so comfortable exactly what I was looking for . Kelly talked us through everything so easily, no pressure , such a nice person . She was a big help. So thank you Kelly x
