The staff are very professional and went through everything in fine detail. This made the experience very reassuring and we were given plenty of time, and help,
to make the right decision.

From the moment we entered the Basildon showroom we felt welcomed. No hard sale no pushy salespeople just an “if you need us just give us a shout”. We found something that we liked (on our own) and called over Darren. His knowledge and advice (with regards to upkeep, construction and maintenance to retain longevity) was second to none. He was respectful and honest and yes we did buy. Really felt the honesty and his genuine advice.

What a wonderful place to buy furniture staff are top notch they talk to you about all their products and there no pressure to buy. When we need more furniture this where will be buying from.

The lady who served us was incredibly helpful and definitely knew her stuff. She made our experience smooth and hassle free. We loved that she introduced herself and led us to the sofa we were there to view but then didn’t follow us around but patiently waited nearby for us to approach her to move forward with our purchase. The shop was beautifully set out and was spotlessly clean and smelt amazing.
