From the moment we started interacting, Lin was friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. She took the time to understand my preferences, answered all my questions clearly, and offered helpful suggestions without ever being pushy.
What really stood out was her professionalism and patience—nothing felt rushed, and she made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Lin’s excellent communication and warm approach made a big difference, and it’s clear she truly cares about her customers.
I’m very grateful for her help and would highly recommend asking for Lin if you visit DFS. She’s a real asset to the team!

Lynn the sales assistant at birstall was outstanding. Patience and explained everything a few times. Me wanting to make sort everything was on the correct side of the corner unit. She wanting to make sure everything was just right for me and the sofa she showed me after I explained what I wanted was prefect

Friendly and helpful sales assistant who didn’t crowd me but knew when to step in with help and guidance. Provided me with a picture of how my chosen chair would look on his device and let me take a photo - he even put it up on the big shop screen that was fun and really helpful.

However why not provide the store with some small fabric swatches they can give to customers and the delivery charges are incredibly off putting when you are already spending hundreds of pounds.

Great buying experience at the Birstall store, really helpful and ran us through loads of options and made the buying process seamless, also advised us on latest deals and ended up being better for us to buy some cushions to get more money off! Hoping that the delivery and actual sofa is to a 10/10 standard as well but the buying experience and customer service was fantastic

He took the time to understand what I was looking for—comfort, size, and style—and guided me through the options without being pushy. He was knowledgeable about the products, explaining the differences in materials, durability, and pricing in a clear and honest way.

Mo also helped me choose a coffee table and a matching lamp table that go perfectly with the sofa, which really brought the whole room together. I appreciated how he suggested options without being overbearing, and everything feels well thought-out and coordinated.

What stood out most was his patience and professionalism. I never felt rushed, and he was happy to answer all my questions, even the small ones. Thanks to his help, I ended up with furniture I’m really happy with.
