I am really sorry to hear you're not happy with the process of ordering using finance, this is very disappointing to hear and it is not our intention to make customers feel this way.
Here at DFS we use trusted 3rd party finance companies who use the information you provide us at the point of sale, to make a decision on whether you are accepted for interest free credit or not. This decision is not made by DFS, I can appreciate this process may be frustrating and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
