DFS Furniture - Cannock Reviews 

We recently purchased a sofa/chair at the Cannock store, we felt at ease as soon as we entered the store, we were not pestered by the sales assistants and left to browse the beautiful furniture on sale. When we were ready to make a purchase, George explained everything in a friendly and professional way, not "pushy" to get a sale. All in all was a good experience compared to other furniture companies we tried. Would highly recommend DFS Cannock.

We were greeted with a smile by the member of staff Tracy and she explained if we needed help just to ask , we weren’t followed round like we have been in other stores . When we asked for help she was so informative so much so we did buy some furniture.

As we entered the store we were seen and acknowledged but left to look around, when we had questions all the staff were equally pleasant and helpful. A gentleman called George who was very pleasant and helped with our sale, he was helpful with lots of knowledge of each sofa/ material and very understanding when we had to go back home to measure (it’s a good job we did as we did change our original plans on what to order) but George was very patient and not pushy. Loved the DFS approach which is one of the reasons we went back and purchased our sofa from DFS ( obviously we love our sofa too) thank you to George and the team

Julie kindly helped us choose our new furniture and made sure we understood about all the products available
She made our shopping experience simple and straightforward forward

After visiting my friend, they had just brought a new sofa from you, so i knew exactly what I wanted, when I entered the store I was greeted by a friendly member of staff which said please feel free to have a look around but please give me a shout if you need any help which I do like rather than being bombarded with questions and unnecessary attention I do not need. Once I found the sofa I wanted I asked George to come over to discuss the finances on the sofa, George already did my friends sofa and done such a great service. I couldn't have wished for a better sales man and I was so happy with my experience and would recommend dfs to anyone.
