From the moment we walked in the staff…
From the moment we walked in the staff were welcome and very helpful. We asked about 2 different sofas and they pointed them out for us. Made us a drink and left us to make our decision. This is how I like to be treated by not hovering around us. We made our decision and ordered with Ian who was helpful from the beginning. He made it really easy and clear and we always have DFS sofas so knew we would order again.

Outstanding service, great customer service and went above and beyond for us as customers. Honestly would say I’d recommend this store in particular to anyone. George went out of his way to secure a purchase that has an unusual meaning to us - and made an excellent cup of tea!
