Visit to DFS Leckwith.
My husband and I visited the DFS store at Leckwith Cardiff on tuesday 1st September 2026.
We were served by Sameera, whose friendly and efficient manner made us feel completely at ease and made the purchase of our two, 2 seater power recliners an enjoyable experience. We also purchased the 5 year Sofacare package and Sameera explained about this and the interest free credit agreement perfectly.
Sameera is a credit to DFS and she deserves the highest praise for her service to us.
Thank you Sameera and DFS.

I went in knowing what I wanted. Really easy going, approachable staff, that didn't try and push other products. And a second member of staff came and checked the order with me to ensure the order was correct before processing.
