Peter, in particular, provided outstanding service. He was patient, attentive, and took the time to really understand our comfort needs and preferences. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. Instead, he listened carefully and thoughtfully guided us towards options that were genuinely suited to us.

It’s a very pleasant experience although nerve racking not good at making decisions on my own. I went 3 days in a row. There was no pressure I wasn’t followed around . If I needed a question answering they were there . I did buy a sofa and it’s coming tomorrow.

We had a very specific request- a pink sofa with pretty small dimensions. Jamie took the time to show us all the possibilities with different shades of pink, different fabric finishes and different sizes until we found the perfect fit for us. Jamie really listened to what we needed and custom-made the advice accordingly, and spent plenty of time with us. We didn't feel pressured at all and went for a coffee break nearby to consider our options before returning to buy our really comfy blush pink orka "cuddler" size. Great experience and looking forward to receiving it!

Great range of furniture on offer. Nicely displayed and easy to see prices of each item. Good range of colour options available. Staff easily found when needed.
