Jamie was efficient and friendly. 3 separate occasions myself, partner and little one went to DFS Cardiff, was accommodating from the outset, didn’t mind my little girl trying out each Sofa for durability or use their restroom multiple times (which was appreciated). For someone new to the Sales Industry, a very promising career ahead. Joked regarding upsell on products as was refreshing to be on the other side, must’ve seen me coming. Only pointer I would give, would be for the Manager to introduce herself after closing a deal when monitoring the sales process. 2nd facing does go a long way. Very happy with our order either way.

Excellent customer experience
The store in Leckwoth, Cardiff was well laid out, easy to browse and had welcoming staff.
Peter was brilliant - well informed patient and easy to chat with. He was able to answer all our questions with ease and detail.
Would recommend Peter to anyone looking to buy from DFS.

Great time with Sameera
I had a lovely experience at DFS Cardiff.
Sam (Sameera) was super helpful and lovely - after helping my mum pick out her sofa previously we were very excited to see that Sam was working after how great she had been with my mum before.
Not only do we have a great natter we picked out the perfect sofa for me and my new home! Very excited and super thankful for Sam’s expertise and help.

Extremely poor service
Absolute horrendous service!
I will never buy anything from DFS ever again!!!
Ordered a bed and mattress.. the bed arrived but the mattress was delayed several times.
How can you sell a bed in November and after numerous failed delivery dates expect we would be happy to wait until February for the mattress!!!!
Many phone calls to customer service (on hold for over an hour) we were promised a call back within 72 hours!!! That’s unacceptable, but the call never happened!!

Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience
I ordered a sofa through Seena, who took and confirmed my order. Unfortunately, the sofa delivered was a different shape from what I ordered. I explained the situation clearly to the manager, hoping for help or a solution,
Instead of assisting me, the manager did not offer any support or take responsibility. I was told it was my fault because an email was sent, ever though the sofa I received did not match what I requested. No effort was made to review the order properly or resolve the issue.
I felt unheard and very disappointed with the lack of customer care and accountability. This experience did not meet my expectations, and the issue remains unresolved.
