Particularly went to the Christchurch…
Particularly went to the Christchurch store rather than Poole store as sales staff followed us round constantly talking on our first visit even though we said we just wanted to look around. Went back to Christchurch to place an order. Maxine was very friendly, helpful & efficient.

Very positive feelings.
The store is very light with all furniture well displayed. Staff were very helpful and spent time with us as we were taking our time making a decision.

The experience from the person who served us was very good and efficient. The delivery was very efficient. The delivery we thought they would be putting the arms on as i had paid £100 for but the arms were already on. I have asked for my money back but have not heard from them i am a pensioner. All went through door ok, have now found a tiny ddefault right near the bottom
