The lady that helped us with our purchase was exceptionally nice and friendly as was the manager. All in all a really pleasant experience.

I had a fantastic experience with DFS Cork, thanks to Paula. She was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the product we were interested in. She took the time to go through the order with us in detail and made sure everything was clear.

What really stood out was the excellent follow-up service. As the product was new into the store, Paula called me two days later with an update, which I really appreciated.

First of all, waiting time for a simple coffee table is absurdly long. Second of all, when my coffee table and a rug were finally ready to be delivered after 6 weeks, they called to scheduled delivery, I missed the call and called back after 30 min, scheduled delivery, but keep in mind, first available delivery date was 10 days later, so that brought waiting time to 7.5 weeks. Two days prior to scheduled delivery date, they call again to schedule delivery, because, as they said, delivery was still not scheduled. They later on found in their system their notes from my call where my delivery was indeed scheduled, but apparently someone deleted it from the system later on. There was no effort made to make delivery on the same day as it was supposed to arrive, so I had to wait another week, reschedule my work AGAIN, to be able to receive that delivery. Absolutely ridiculous. Very unprofessional considering furniture prices. This was my first and last purchase for sure. Not worth it. Never again.
