DFS Furniture - Croydon Reviews 

I visited the DFS furniture store aValley Park Croydon on Monday 20th July with my mum and best friend, as I needed to order sofas, I had only moved in the last month and had an accident breaking a bone in foot,so was on crutches, on entering the store my mum enquired about parking and was given information where to park, on entering the store we had a look round, was pleased to be left alone to browse without interruption until we needed assistance, a lovely member of staff Peter helped us with our sofas and made us all a drink, he took the time to talk to us like human beings! even got us a free cleaning product for the sofa, nothing was too much trouble his manager who's name escapes me was also helpful but Peter was great at his job and cared about our shopping experience, recommend this store for great service.

The customer agent was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to explain the terms and conditions so that we understood and was able to make an informed choice. Our experience was a pleasant one and we would recommend DFS to others.

Lynne at Therapia Lane DFS has given me so much time and expertise. She didn't encourage me to go for something more expensive, and she was friendly and helpful. She made spending £2,000 a pleasure. Also, she remembered what I'd been looking at months before. I felt valued.

Very happy with the service we received, talked us through all the different options and products associated with our sofas, very friendly and helpful, coffee was a bonus and very good ☺️

I had a lovely sales person, who I think was Maha (that was how it was pronounced) she wasn't pushy, she gave me space and showed patience and kindness... no hard sell or being pushy at all... made me feel very comfortable. She was honest, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She is a credit to DFS and I'm sure she has a very bright future ahead of her. thank you Maha for making my experience so easy.

The croydon DFS was really helpful especially the gentleman that served us. Extremely polite, not pushie & very informative. Felt very comfortable & at ease about buying an expensive 3 piece suite.

We had a great time discussing our options with Peter. He was very articulate and it showed he knows what he Is talking about. Very knowledgeable and a good marketer. He convinced us to take other options we had never thought of. Hope the delivery and the experience will be the same as what he assured us. Great guy, good Job Peter

​Great experience, excellent service. The entire purchase process has been seamless. Our representative was professional and incredibly helpful throughout - highly recommended.

The sales girl obviously wasn’t knowledgeable as we ordered a sofa and chose the colour legs off our last order from when we had brought two sofa’s excact model and colour or so we thought about a year before.
The delivery guys just dumped the sofa in the house and drove off. Didn’t unpack it or put the legs and on or I would have realised it was the wrong colour legs which don’t match our furniture! Apparently things have changed since we brought our past sofas and we were told if you look online you will see, but we visited the store so surely the girl serving us should have pointed this out.
Customer service were not helpful and we are being made to pay extra for the legs. We are not happy and would not recommend DFS to anybody. Surely you could of changed the legs as a goodwill gesture seeing as your staff are not equipped with knowledge!

My experience was lovely. The staff that attended to me was very efficient, helpful, patient, respectful and welcoming. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give him a 10

The customer service team were excellent from start to finish. Staff were friendly, patient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Every question was answered properly, and nothing felt rushed. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely listens and makes you feel valued, but they managed it. A really smooth and stress‑free experience.
