Great experience shopping at dfs Croydon. The sales advisor was really helpful and patient. She gave us plenty of space to browse and test out different models. When it came to place the order, everything was explained clearly. Excellent customer service.

Positive sales experience at DFS
The sales assistants were attentive and helpful. They were able to answer any questions we had. We appreciated how they took the time to check the order was correct on multiple occasions. This attention to detail is important and hopefully means there will be no hiccups at a later stage. We had our young son with us and the sales assistants were very accommodating of this. The true test will obviously be in the delivery and quality of the furniture but it was an efficient and friendly sale.
