Salesman very pushy trying to get us to buy dearer option than we wanted never stopped talking we were there far longer than we should have been would avoid him if we were to buy from them again he also told us what to put in feedback form to make him look good

The member of staff was polite
The member of staff was polite, friendly and very informative but not pushy. He explained each step in detail and asked if we were happy with everything.

What I liked about our visit to DFS…
What I liked about our visit to DFS this morning was that everyone was very pleasant, we were left to browse quite freely and if we needed help someone was there to give it. When we found the settee that we liked someone was there to help with any questions we had. Altogether my husband and I came away very happy with our purchase
