Staff were very helpful and welcoming, especially Ryan who helped us from the moment we stepped through the door right up to committing to the sofa we fell in love with. The furniture selection in the store meant there were quite a few contenders but Ryan really helped us to settle on the perfect sofa for our family.

Very happy with my purchase today sales member was extremely helpful not pushy! Good experience all round would recommend DFS.

Had a warm welcome on entry, was show the area where the recliner sofas were and were left alone to browse. Sales man (George) was available for questions and he pointed out a couple of sofas that may suit us. We returned later and sat on the 2 sofas we liked to see how comfortable they were. On picking a sofa he took us through delivery dates, payments and we completed the order. At no time did we feel pressured into buying or adding extras.

Service was great. Zara was so helpful and provided the best advice without being pushy. We were left to wander and have a look at what was available after Zara explained the layout. Would definitely recommend to others

Our sofa was delivered around five months ago and arrived with stains. That should have been the first warning sign.

What has disappointed me most is that the sofa we received does not feel like the sofa we tried in the showroom. The comfort, support and overall appearance are completely different. Within about a month of ownership, a visible dent appeared in the chaise section and it has remained ever since. After only five months, the sofa already looks years old.

This is particularly frustrating because the sofa we replaced was much cheaper and nearly two years old, yet it still looked newer than this one. I expected significantly better durability from a sofa at this price point.

I also deeply regret the purchasing experience. We originally visited the store to try completely different sofas, but I felt strongly pushed towards this model. At the time, I trusted the advice I was given. Looking back, I wish I had trusted my own judgement instead.

The more I reflect on the sales process, the more uncomfortable I feel about it. What initially felt like helpful guidance now feels like a highly pressurised sales experience. As a result, I have lost confidence in DFS and I do not see myself returning to a DFS showroom in the future. Buying furniture should feel like making an informed decision, not like being persuaded into a purchase you later regret.

To make matters worse, the sofa was advertised as being on sale when we bought it. Shortly afterwards, the price dropped below what we paid and was presented as the regular price. That left me feeling misled about the value of the "discount."

This has been one of the most disappointing purchases I have ever made. For the amount of money spent, I expected a sofa that would retain its appearance for more than a few weeks. Instead, every time I look at it, I regret the decision.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not purchase this sofa again, nor would I choose to shop in a DFS store in the future.

We were in your store a few weeks back and couldn't make our minds up which settee's to buy,it was exhausting.
But then with the help of your wonderful colleague Riddhi were were able to buy two settee's which cost over two thousand pounds.
We wouldn't have bought them if it hadn't been for Riddhi.She spent ages with us,not pushing us just helping us.Her knowledge patience and kindness were above the call of duty.She is a great asset to your store and my husband and I can't thank her enoughWell done Riddhi!!!

We dealt with George and visited the showroom twice. The second visit was due to us liking the furniture but also the service George gave us. His honesty and clarity about the furniture itself plus the ordering and delivery process was greatly appreciated.
