Good Customer Service
We were unsure from the website about how the dimensions of the Plush sofa and footstool combination would work for us, but the salesperson, Ryan, very helpfully made sure we were ordering the right things. The customer service was excellent throughout our experience ordering from DFS, with Ryan being sure to confirm every part of our order with us and clearly explaining everything. I would recommend ordering in store because the staff are so helpful.

Amazing staff
The staff that helped me today were excellent. Very knowledgeable about the products, professional and informative and friendly. They really helped put me at ease and make it a great experience.
The shop itself is well laid out, plenty to see and try but with good space to move around.

Great experience and friendly and professional assistant
The assistant was very friendly without being pushy. She showed me a range of options similar to my first choice for comparison. Once I had made my choice she gave me lots of time to decide on sizes and options showing me digitally how things would look. A very good experience and great range of sofas available.

Warm greeting on entering premises. Lovely and clean and set out easily to walk round. Plenty of choice. Ewan was very helpful and knowledgeable, loved he left us alone to take our time, but seemed to know the right time to approach and help us.
