Zara was lovely
Zara was lovely, very friendly and professional. We had already decided on our sofa prior to going the the store but Zara provided a lot of useful information on the ongoing maintenance of our soafs.

Only went for a look. Hubby saw latest suite and we have bought it! Nothing was a problem with Farooq. Explained what we had and we were only looking for a change, took us to see a few but settled on the 2nd one. Great customer service. Answered all questions we had!
