George the salesman, was very informative about the item we required, from explaining the difference in materials used in creating our sofa to the cover for after sales advice and assistance. He wasn't constantly chasing you round the store, instead letting us decide, a credit to DFS. 10/10

The customer advisor, Bali was great!
The customer advisor, Bali, from the Milton Link store was fabulous. He took time to understand our needs, help tailor our choice and was very patient and helpful with advice. The process from start to finish was seamless and we did not feel rushed in making a decision. We would definitely visit again.

Good show room, lots of choice
Great, light display room, attentive staff but no hard pressure to buy just lots of helpful information. Get a staff member to show you the digital screens to be shown colour and design alternatives. All of this meant we did buy a new sofa and that process was made very simple by Neil. Clear information on care, warranty, delivery and finance options, all given during the sales process. Thank you.

Zara was very patient and knowledgeable with my many questions. She didn’t push for a sale, and was very honest when we asked questions. Felt very at ease to buy the sofa we wanted and not a sofa she wanted to sell us.
