Excellent service
The customer service was exceptional.
The store assistant Samara was very knowledgeable about her job. She was calm, patient, hospitable, she displayed a very high level of professionalism that I have never experienced anywhere i have shopped before.

Buying a lounge suite
We had 2 visits to DFS to select a lounge suite. We met Natalie on both occasions, and she was extremely helpful. She had a very good knowledge of the products and processes. She answered all our questions and completed everything in a timely way.
