The assistant that helped me choose was lovely. Didn’t try to rush me explained everything in depth very professional.

We went into the Leicester store, and we spoke to Hitesh who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He answered every question we had, and nothing was too much trouble for him. We were very happy to order our furniture from Hitesh, and he gave us very good advice on what options would suit our room best. As this was our first time buying a sofa, we didn’t know what to expect, but Hitesh made the whole process so easy and understandable, that we wouldn’t hesitate to order from him in Leicester again. When I go there to find a sofa for my house. We have got problem regarding space. The assistant is very friendly and supportive. He introduced several options fit for us. We decided which one best and we made the decision. We just went to there to see furniture. We haven't decided to buy the same day. But finally we made a decision to by because of the correct guidance by the assistant. It's really amazing.

Walked in was greeted by a very welcoming salesman, I told him my requirements, he then directed me to sofa’s within them, he was able to tell me about each sofa, give me the measurements and answer any questions I had
