We have just bought a 3 seater from the Ada range from the Northampton, St James store. Anthony made the experience feel relaxed, at our own pace and he explained each step of the process. Went to the store to purchase an Ollie sofa and chairs to be told they hadn’t got any at the show room told Tina that’s 2k you’ve lost today then…
Tina was fantastic didn’t give up on me but was not pushy or forceful in any way… about an hour later walked out after purchasing sofa chair and foot stool over 2k…
There is a reason why she holds the position she does and so deserves the Manager title.

Was left alone initially to browse without being bombarded which was nice. Was approached by Anthony who was brilliant and helped my selection immensely with his advice. The only thing I didn’t like was the sudden change in manner when the protection plan was declined. I’ve since read some rubbish reviews about service so we’ll see. Apprehensive now!
