We were left space and time to look around but when we needed assistance the sales guide, Charlie, was there and helped us with any queries. He was really friendly and so helpful, very knowledgeable too.

The man who served us was full of knowledge about the furniture and also the finance agreement

I initially left a positive review based on my interactions with Earl from the sales team and the confidence and commitment he gave us regarding the delivery of the products we purchased

Unfortunately, the delivery date has now been changed several times. This has significantly disrupted our plans, and we have also had to waste days waiting for deliveries that were supposed to arrive but did not.

At this point, I am extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled. It does not feel like DFS is committed to delivering our products within the agreed timeframe. We have already raised complaints, but unfortunately, there has been little to no follow-up or meaningful resolution.

Could someone from DFS please take ownership of this issue, look into what is causing these repeated delays, and help expedite the delivery of our products? We would appreciate a clear and reliable update on when we can actually expect our order to arrive.

I hope this can be resolved urgently, as the continued delays and lack of communication have been extremely frustrating.

Earl was patient and down to earth - exactly what you need when you’re rushing to buy for an empty house!

He was welcoming, we had a lovely chat and managed to get all of our things sorted within 20 minutes.

Earl was amazing and he was funny the last was amazing as well I can not remember her name but both of them so helpful and helped massively in our decision on what to get thanks again

felt very comfortable with earl,didn't rush us and went through lots of options.Neither of us enjoy shopping but earl made the experience less stressful.

Just bought two new sofas from dfs in Nottingham, had the pleasure of meeting Ellie, very polite and friendly young woman, nothing was too much. Did exactly what we asked without pushing for more.

I am contacting you regarding a problem with my sofa seat. The fabric/material on the seat has started to tear and deteriorate, as clearly shown in the attached photographs.

This appears to be a fabrication/material defect rather than normal wear and tear, and the sofa is still covered under the insurance/care cover.

I have already contacted customer service about this issue, but unfortunately it has still not been resolved. I am therefore requesting that DFS take appropriate action and arrange an inspection by a qualified technician to assess the damage and determine the appropriate repair or replacement.

Please do not simply close the case without resolving the issue. I would appreciate a clear response confirming the next steps and when an inspection can be arranged
