I am contacting you regarding a problem…
I am contacting you regarding a problem with my sofa seat. The fabric/material on the seat has started to tear and deteriorate, as clearly shown in the attached photographs.
This appears to be a fabrication/material defect rather than normal wear and tear, and the sofa is still covered under the insurance/care cover.
I have already contacted customer service about this issue, but unfortunately it has still not been resolved. I am therefore requesting that DFS take appropriate action and arrange an inspection by a qualified technician to assess the damage and determine the appropriate repair or replacement.
Please do not simply close the case without resolving the issue. I would appreciate a clear response confirming the next steps and when an inspection can be arranged

I went to DFS with a particular sofa in mind…..
I went to DFS with a particular sofa in mind but then once in store decided on a different one. I had already had a good look on line, I knew my measurements required so the transaction was very quick and easy.
Rachel was a brilliant sales person. Gave lots of information about caring for the sofas etc. Excellent experience throughout.

Fantastic Experience At DFS
Experience at DFS was fantastic from start to finish. We was greeted with a smile soon as we arrived and even offered a tea or coffee.
