Had a sofa delivered. I was very pleased with the delivery and the staff were very professional. The only issue was they sent the wrong cleaning wipes for fabric my sofa is leather. The delivery men assured me the correct wipes would be sent through the post as I have already paid for them. Really pleased with DFS delivery.

We had a very friendly and knowledgeable sales person it was a good experience.

The staff member that helped us with our sofa order was very helpful. He went over every detail with us and ensured we were completely happy before confirming the order.

The showroom is bright and airy and laid out well. We were not pestered but there was always someone available to answer any questions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It made buying a chair a very easy and pleasurable experience.

A warm welcome from all the guys here. Not pushy at all. If you know what you want in advance they won't try to sell you a more expensive item. They really made me and my son feel at home. I got great advice and they impressed me with their customer care. I had a great laugh with them too. I even got a very nice latte. I might go back for a chat and a coffee. Beats Costa. 🤣

We had the postcodes of several sofa shops in the sat nav ready to do a thorough shop, but Denzel was so lovely we purchased there and then. Don't lose him!

Denzil was a great sales person- knowledgeable, helpful and very welcoming. He knew everything there was to know about our tech sofas, and we’re excited to get them home! A good experience all round.

Jamie was very down to earth and patient and greeted us as soon as we walked in. We ended up ordering my dream couch and he was so knowledgeable with explaining how the process will all work with ordering/delivering and exactly what our money was going towards. We ended up leaving with more than we came in for. Thanks Jamie!

Excellent staff - very helpful and able to assist with full product knowledge in a friendly manner. There was no pressure, just great customer service.

First of all the staff, Denzel greeted us when we arrived and was not pushy. We knew exactly what we wanted online but needed more information.
Denzel gave us lots of information on the leather chairs we were buying, showing us swatches on different leathers and giving us tips that we would not have learnt otherwise by buying online, Ian his manager was very informative as well. It was nice to do a face to face and enjoyed a coffee with them too. This is our third purchase and couldn’t praise DFS enough. Anne and Peter

We where left to browse the store with no pressure from the sales team. We approached Denzil for advice, he was absolutely brilliant, and again no pressure. He was so polite, he answered all our questions and explained everything in great detail.
This was a major factor in our decision to purchase from DFS, he is an asset to your company and a pleasure to do business with.
