The lady that help me and my mum on arrival was fantastic and very helpful and had great customer service experience. She made us feel very welcome as soon as we entered the shop. We were there looking for a new sofa for my mum, I explained her needs for a sofa which the lady took on board and she showed us this sofa that my mum loved and she decided to order the sofa. Johnathan from Sidcup branch was very helpful and accommodating to us. He asked if we needed help and then left us to browse on our own, exactly what we wanted as some of these sofa shops you get watched and followed, he lent me a tape measure made us a coffee and when I needed help I went to get him as he was close by. Explained the care package perfectly to us and was very friendly and made us laugh, lovely man you have working for you.

Joe was welcoming with a great smile. He was polite and professional!

Sana was absoloutly amazing at helping us choose our dream bed. She was very knowledgeable and made the process really simple, she answered all our questions and put as at ease.

Really good experience at DFS Sidcup. Very polite and freindly. Val greeted us upon arrival and was very helpful. I left an answerphone message about an query I had made earlier in the day and she called me back 'out of hours' to help with this. When I returned to make the purchase she looked at my floorplan and suggested various options of furniture would be the best fit and size I required. The manager also introduced himself to me. Overall very pleased.
