Easy to order. Quick reply and communication Very helpful staff when communicating on the phone

The salesmen were really helpful and were happy to talk us through what we were specifically looking for. They showed us several options then left us to stroll around browsing the sofas. They pointed out where the sales were and express delivery items, we were looking for a quick turnaround. Joe and Josh deserve a BIG thank you for the personal experience we had in the store. Thanks DFS, we hope the service out of store is as good as it was in. 🙂

We were able to walk around freely and try different seatees. When we found the choice for us we informed Kelly. Kelly was very helpful, friendly, Informative with great knowledge of our choice.

So we were wandering around and asked if we needed help , which we certainly did !! We were after a new bed , dining table and chairs and 2 sofas.
Joe very kindly showed us all the options. Customer service was excellent.

The whole process was very clear and easy. Our sales person, Faiza was amazing, she gave us such good advice with the dining chairs and what matches best. She explained everything really clearly and has a lovely friendly and relaxed demeanour allowing the whole experience to be stress-free. We went to hedge end in Southampton the looked very good and very clean, very helpful staff and friendly we would like to say a big thank you to Josh and Joe for your great service and the rest of staff are so happy to talk to when passing by.

We were able to walk round without being bothered by anyone. We were told that if we needed any help they would be happy to. We left the shop after trying many chairs and looked in other shops. We came back to buy the one I wanted and the staff member that served us couldn't have been more helpful, explaining everything we needed to know. A very pleasant shopping experience.

We knew what we wanted, there was no hard sell, gave us time and didn’t pounce the minute we walked in which was such a refreshing change.
