The service was excellent from going in to the Speke shop the young lady that dealt with me and my wife was very friendly and helpful and pleasant and patient the service she gave was 10/10 excellent from start to finish would definitely recommend this shop

Great sofa choices at speke DFS. Sue Rimmer was excellent she helped us to choose the correct sofa for our house. She was extremely professional, and explained to us each fabric type and which would be durable for our busy household. She even managed to get us a discount on a coffee table. Which was fab!
The manager was also very professional and helped complete the sale.

We came into store yesterday to a view sofa we had been looking at online. We were met by michael who couldnt do enough for us, he was not over powering but was on hand to answer any questions and offer advice on colour options and fabrics etc. Really helpful and genuine guy and made our shopping trip much easier.
