Sofa purchase
We were helped with our purchase by a lady called Sue. Sue was great in explaining everything to us , with a sofa purchase you want to get all the details right. Being able to take out an interest free agreement was also a great help to spread the cost. Would recommend DFS.

Speke DFS - BRILLIANT!!!
We went in today looking for a sofa but also really liked looking at the beds and kitchen furniture as well.
The layout of the store was large, with a lot of choice but it was not too cluttered, which was great.
When it came to the sofa, we asked Tony (the manager) for help and he was absolutely BRILLIANT!
He was in the office to begin with but was happy to stop and help us.
When we needed time to discuss, Tony gave us space and ended up dealing with a few other customers and I could see that he did brilliantly with all of them.
When we got back to him, there was no hard sell but he made me, my wife and two kids feel really at ease all the way through.
When we needed information, suggestions and help he was brilliant, not pushy but really knowledgeable and helpful.
We knew what we wanted and he helped us get it sorted, telling us about the different ways we could make it affordable for us.
I normally do not leave reviews but the store was brilliant and Tony was so good that he absolutely deserved a mention - KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!
