Team at DFS are Stevenage are fabulous. Friendly and really helpful and informative. The sales person who helped us was a charming young lady, gave us lots of information and time. I purchased a swivel chair and footstool and my daughter a corner sofa, footstool,cushions and rug. I would highly recommend the Stevenage showroom

fantastic experience, really kind, knowledgable and helpful staff. We went in to buy a sofa, and were there no longer than half hour to find, discuss and pay for it.. short and sweet.. very happy with the product and service we got.

Being Ignored by Senior Staff and Paying for a Service they are not providing
We brought a sofa a year and half ago, and took out the guarantee. We needed to use this to fix an issue, 6 months later we still haven’t got anywhere. Customer service representatives are always polite but unhelpful because they cannot pass us any senior persons contact details. All we get told is they will get them to call us but they never do, we are calling them weekly at this point and just get told the same thing.
Paying for a service that we are unable to use and have a broken sofa but no one can do anything other than say someone will call you, yet 6 months later still no call.
