DFS Furniture - Torquay Reviews 

I visited the Torquay store twice on the first occasion I saw a very helpful lady called Alison she was very helpful showing me a sofa which I hadn’t considered but had all the elements I was looking for I went home to measure my room and think about it, on my second visit I saw a different lady called lily she was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions and help me complete my purchase I am very grateful to both ladies for their help .

Staff was very understanding and helpful with all info about the sofa we loved. From beginning to end of purchasing the sofa we felt relaxed and felt we could trust them. We can’t wait for it to come. 😊

It was an easy process conducted in a nice atmosphere.
The place itself is full of light and clean, and the furniture well laid out. Also, being out of town makes it no problem finding a parking space.
Altogether a nice expierance from staff and shop.

It was easy to order the sofas online but I wasn't sure how the discount was applied hence the 4 stars and not 5.

Lovely, relaxed store with staff who don't jump on you the minute you come in. They make their presence known gently. As soon as we needed help we were approached by a lovely member of staff (Lilly) who was very knowledgeable. No hard sell. Helped us save a bit of money with the offer and we got cushions we didn't expect to get too! Would definitely recommend if you need furniture 👍 lovely relaxed experience and we got exactly what we needed.

Billie was very helpful. She explained everything, cleared all the doubts and showed us around the store for us to be able to make the best decision. She was really kind and considerate with us throughout the process. Thanks DFS and big thank you to Billie for our new sofa.

Had a really nice experience at DFS. The lady who helped us was super understanding, not pushy at all, and really easy to relate to. She gave us space to look around but was there when we needed help, which made the whole process feel relaxed and comfortable. Overall, a really positive experience.

Relaxed atmosphere to view excellent range of sofas/ products. No pressure sales fior a good shopping experience.

On entering the store was asked if needed any help, then was allowed to browse without any pressure. Once I had made my choice the Salesman was very polite, helpful and explained everything clearly. The transaction was made without any fuss or hassle.
