Great store, lots of choice and friendly informed staff.
This was our second visit to the Truro store, this time to purchase. We found the sales associate Toby to be very helpful and informed, not pushy just helpful and being a good saleperson, he was honest about sizing so help us choose a good option.
Store was nicely busy and we found all the sale people to be friendly and helpful.

Teresa was very helpful and informative about the sofa we wanted. Made us feel at home and that the choice we made was good for our needs. Would highly recommend talking to teresa if you use the Truro branch as she certainly knows the products she is selling and personally offers to do the leg work for a smooth transition from buying to delivering to the house. Customer service was impeccable.
