Our experience was great. We had already made our decision on what sofa we wanted before we arrived, but we found the staff to be super helpful and were really good with our kids.
Can't wait for our new sofas to arrive!

Staff are helpful without being pushy a good relaxed atmosphere and plenty of time to try furniture for yourself. Sam served us and she was lovely.

From the minute I walked through the door at the Warrington branch I was met with a friendly warm welcome from all the staff. A lady approached me introduced herself and left me to look around and if I needed her to give her a shout which I did we then sat on a sofa I chose and went through the application having a lovely chat along the way.
