Imagine 19:45 we quickly wanted to match a sample to a sofa we liked and was considering ordering next day and a guy has noticed us walk to the front door and bluntly locks it in front of us instead of at least saying sorry. What a way to lose a customer. You don’t even get treated this way in a clothes shop. If your opening hours are until 8pm then do not bluntly lock the doors as we are walking towards the entrance or if you are having to lock up early. Just say sorry and explain. Cost nothing to be nice.

The environment was very welcoming and every member of staff was polite and helpful. Our salesperson was Mo and he was brilliant. He gave us all the information we required to go home and make a decision and when we returned today he talked through everything again to make sure we were certain the suite was exactly what we wanted. Last week I ordered a new sofa set and they said it would be delivered in 12 weeks. Today I called DFS to ask if I could change the color of the set, and I was told yes, but when I went to the store, I was told no. Honestly, I'm very disappointed.
