Unbelievably bad company! I would warn everyone to avoid at all costs. We ordered a hanging egg chair, item was delivered with no bolts supplied to erect and the cushions were unusable. We asked for refund and for item to be collected. They refunded half the amount and then failed on two occasions to collect said item. We find it totally unacceptable that EBay are still allowing them to trade on their site. Trading Standards need to get involved.

I bought a mobile phone from ebay with 12 month warranty the phone had defect so I sent back for repair. They said they won't repair it as I've taken it to a shop for repair total lie. They are scam company. I have asked for the phone back no response taken my money and phone. Avoid this scam company

I bought a coffee table which was flawed in places glue was protruding out of the edges , the pieces didn’t fit together, the lcd lights weren’t attached then I was expected to fix on myself by no means of how to do so! I sent it back, a week later they not responded to me and still no refund!and now there’s no way to contact them it’s like they’ve took their website down! Extremely angry customer customer

Cheap, nasty products that aren’t fit for purpose. Warranties absolutely pointless. Once this company have your money, they couldn’t care less if the item fails. Bought led ceiling lights, supposedly good for 20k hours. They failed after 100 hrs and 7 months. No response from them, mainly because they know it’s virtually impossible to pursue warranty claims for eBay goods. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I bought a refurbished Macbook Air from them on Ebay advertised as Excellent (grade A) and having 1 year warranty. After 3 months the laptop stopped charging and was only on if the cable was attached. I sent the laptop for repair and they said that the logic board was damaged and was not covered by the warranty because I was using an external charger and not the one they provided, which is totally untrue! I managed to find the IT company, who confirmed that Dhammatek provides the chargers and the laptop was fixed and returned to them. Till now I'm asking them to return my laptop and they don't respond. I filed reports to ActionFraud, Trading Standards, the Insolvency Service and submitted a money claim. If any other victims see this I advise them to do the same.

Buyer beware! The most awful company I have ever had to deal with! Ordered a sofa bed promised delivery in to home. Third party Courier arrived only to advise he was to deposit pallet with sofa on kerbside (which is on the roadside. We are in our late 70s so the driver was advised by his company to return the item to Dhammat who then only refunded us half of our £429 saying £214.99 for non delivery! We are fighting them with our bank. Read all reviews before thinking of buying from the also know as Dream Store.

I purchased a Iphone X from this company with the comfort of a 12 months warranty. 6 months in my screen failed so I asked them to fix it under the warranty. They asked for a £84 payment as the screen wasn't part of the warranty. When I argued about this they changed there mind and said it was then internal faults with the phone. I had it returned to me and had it fixed locally who confirmed it was a faulty screen.

They are a bad company, purchased a computer chair for £120. Not long after using it one of the arms fell off. Contacted them but they just ignored. No customer service at all. If you want something they sell my advice would be to use another seller with better reviews.

Please Please do not buy any type of phone from these people. They sell Iphone that have not been signed out and linked to an apple ID therefore when the phone arrives it is linked to another apple ID making it impossible to use. They would tell you to contact apple knowing fully well, Apple cannot help without proof of purchase, which they will never provide to you because that is their scam. You are left with a phone that cannot be used but they have the money. Please please do not buy anything from them, you will regret it and extremely frustrated.

This company is a fraud- trading as Techluxurious- bought 4 dining chairs off them 4 months later and about 6 uses they collapsed. No ebay recompense, no reply from their customer service or ebay contact. Scammers. There appears to be no phone number. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bought an Iphone XS Max from their ebay store (trades as Techluxurious). Phone advertised as 12 months warranty with refund or replace with any fault found. Sent back as there was an issue, seller acknowledged there was a fault with the phone that they couldn't fix (hardware issue). Eventually sent the phone back to me as is, will not honour their warranty at all. Avoid these scammer at all cost.
£339.99 lost at the moment, looking at going through small claims court. Customer service is awful.

Second unit Sent to me from this company faulty no lights and very poor quality not getting any response from this seller on ebay
Be ware this seller has a number of different companies all selling on ebay AVOID this company I am doing my best to get a refund off eBay and would like this company banned from selling on eBay and amazon units are plastic with hardboard backing totally not suitable for a bathroom my next step will be to contact trading standards names they use on ebay are techluxurious and clickamobile4

Bought an iPhone XS max which came with 12 months warranty, dropped it in sink and phone stopped working. Tried to claim under warranty but was advised under norm terms phone is not covered for water damage. Manufacturer specification states phone is IP68 rated, suitable for 1.5m water depth.

UK Law states warranty is implied as per manufacturer unless they are explicitly disclaimed. There was no disclaimer when phone purchased.

Now trying to get money back via legal options.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. ALSO TRADES UNDER COMPANY NAME TECHLUXURIOUS.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. this company trades on ebay as techluxurios they are nothing but theiving lying scam artists!! Bought an item on ebay they said it was delivered I'm still waiting. Keep your money but never give you the goods. Can't even get my name correct. They gave me tracking for one company then changed it to another after it was supposedly delivered. Tell me to check with my neighbours and in my safe place, even though the courier they used say that they won't leave in a safe place!! Say they have GPS tracking as per their company policy but don't give you these coordinates when in dispute. I wish I could turn back time and never bought the item. I'm now waiting on ebay and Paypal to get involved as I want my money back

Bought a coffee table and every component was damaged, chipped or scratched. I’ve messaged Dhammatek and have included pictures of the damaged goods.

My sofa never arrived! The seller gave me a scam phone number and fraud tracking details. He sent it the private courier and the courier didn't answer my emails and didn't answer the phone. NO MONEY, NO SOFA!!! SCAM COMPANY, SCAM SERVICE!!!!

I ordered a radiator cover from there when it came there are parts missing the actual radiator cover would damage not find it correctly it was very very poor quality and also paid £35 for it and was very upset and Disappointed. Tried to contact them via email and I was told that I am contacting the wrong seller numerous of times luckily I paid with PayPal and got PayPal to get in contact with them I asked for a refund and they wanted me to resend back the item if I did not pay with PayPal they would expect me to pay for the shipping of the poorly put together radiator cover but PayPal covered it instead. I would never use this company again and I also contacted trading standards because of the quality of the radiator cover was unacceptable and should not be being sold. Also I Very grateful that I use PayPal otherwise I’m most probably would not be getting my money back and paying for shipping of a product that but I do not want.

Absolutely shocking, no customer service, purchased an iPhone, it didn’t work, no communication from them at all, eBay very promptly refunded my money, shame there’s no option to leave zero stars, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Bought a refurbished MacBook with a years warranty. Within the year it wouldn’t charge and it was coming apart. As it was in constant use we couldn’t return it. Took it to a local laptop doctor where they found that the battery protectors had not been removed. They had overheated and on the point of exploding. I have been in contact but not received any correspondence back at all
