Horrendous business ran by Indians who really struggle to speak English and cannot stick to a time slot, Iam extremely angry as I have taken time of work to receive this parcel to be told the delivery will come at “night time” so unprofessional definitely will be complaining to everyone about this unreliable courier.

Bought a ‘robust’ pop up Gazebo for 159.99. Lasted one day before started to fall apart! Inferior strutting that has snapped without any pressure and top, supporting bars that have bent. Put up with four people and secured with sandbags. No wind to cause breakage - hottest week. Unable to get through to request replacement or discuss POOR QUALITY and OVERPRICED ITEM. Totally devastated at amount of money spent and only used for one day before started falling apart before my eyes. DO NOT PURCHASE.

I bought an iPhone xs with 12 months warranty! Screen frozen and no stability from the beginning there was a problem with it until it was finally sent back. it was the idiot who said their warranty didn't cover it! but what? I would like to pay £ 100 + vat for the repair but what? I still don't know what I would like to pay for? SCAM!!!!

“Purchased an iPhone 10 with a 1 year warranty (trades as techluxurious - ebay). After 1 month screen froze. Contacted seller for refund which they refused and only offered to fix. Had the phone repaired and 3 months later same issue.

Still refused a refund, however this time they wanted £90 to repair as they said it was wear & tear. Reluctantly paid the £90. The issue has happened for the 3rd time. Apple even have a notification that some iPhone 10's have a fault that can cause a screen freeze.

The company are now ignoring all my correspondence. So basically sell faulty phones with a warranty but do not refund or fulfil any warranty offered. I am guessing if 2% complain or have issues it does not worry them as they have 98% positive feedback.

Fraudsters and con artists - please avoid at all costs. Ordered an I phone for our 12 year old son off E Bay which never worked. Duly returned the phone to them and waited patiently for refund - eventually had to escalate to Paypal as a dispute. Their response was to report us as abusive buyers and to accuse us of either returning a different phone or breaking the phone ourselves. Really don't know how they can sleep at night - our conscience is clear. Companies like this make me feel physically sick - their lies and deceit is everything that is wrong with this world! Wish there were real and severe consequences for companies who behave in this manner.

Purchased a item from this company on eBay, item never turned up & they stated it had been delivered & signed for, hence we have lost almost £50 with no chance of a refund from Ebay, anyone thinking of buying from this scam company should proceed with extreme caution as your loss could be much greater than ours.When we contacted the courier ( Tuffnells) we were told that this company has a past record of dodgy dealings but they have "washed their Hands" of the matter so it's just our hard luck!

Absolute scam. Don't purchase anything from these guys no parcel arrived and refuse to refund, only answer emails telling you they can provide a tracking number, then don't answer at all. Paypal close cases in their favour as they can provide a tracking number even though the tracking doesnt work or show that it has been delivered to me.

Wish I'd seen these reviews last week. I ordered an iphone 7plus from them 5th October, paid £281 via paypal. Four days later and no phone has arrived. Their landline is never answered. Their sale email is never answered. The tracking line says the order is being processed. What a shower. I'm going to have to try and get my money back via Paypal. I can't recommend this firm to anyone .

post office refused the parcel said label was invalid contacted
EBAY again and they have now opened a case against them
they have now sent me lables for pick up by DHL this is wrong
weight states up to 2.5kg the parcel weighs 3.1kg
this company is a con company

Utter rubbish as a business. Had a small query with the camera system that I had ordered, used the contact form on the website, no reply. After 2 weeks of failing to get an answer, I gave up. Will never buy one of their products again.

Bought a Macbook Pro off these guys, all worked perfectly for around 4 months, recently developed a fault with the RAM, so i contacted them to arrange getting it repaired. Their customer services reply once a day, if you're lucky. They've now had my computer for over two weeks, which is by far more than enough time to fix it, and when I contacted them today (June 5th), all they said was it still isn't available.

Each time I contact them regarding my computer, they just try to fob me off with a link to their ebay store to get a replacement. This despite telling them clearly several times I do not want a replacement. This whole process has cost me huge amounts of time, hindered my work, lost me clients, and I am beyond fed up. On the verge of putting in a complaint with ebay and demanding my money back. My main concern at present is the information stored on my computer's HD...

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Never again.

This guys are scam, I bought and iPad from the and payed for a next day delivery, it's been five days now I have not my got my item. Tried contacting them on phone no one is answering the phone, sent several emails no reply. Now I'm asking paypal to help me get my money back.

Sent wrong item, when I requested the correct I was asked if I would keep the incorrect item for a £6 refund!
Wouldn’t refund until received wrong item back!
Doesn’t respond to emails and takes days to respond to PayPal message.
Still waiting on refund!

Bought an iphone from this company dhammatek which went faulty. I reported fault and they sent me a replacement (The iphone was only just over two months old) The replacement after only two months would not switch on and got so hot after 10 minutes charging it was impossible to pick it up. I reported all this to them and all they could say was the warranty had run out after 90 days when the second iphone was replacing the original iphone with faults....VERY BAD after sales and avoid dhammatek like the plague is my advice

They are based in India but would deny it completely.

I was speaking to one of the agents. He could not understand me to a bit. When I asked him where in Petersburg. He hung up on my face and disabled my chat.

They are spam, do not buy anything from them.

Do not buy from these people. Sent me a Macbook air that didnt work.

I sent it back for repair which is a 2 minute repair and they said I had to wait 2/3 weeks.

I asked for a refund and in the meantime gave negative feedback on Ebay.

They said they would only refund me if I changed my feedback.

Total waste of time.
