No attempt to deliver blank image of my…

No attempt to deliver my package a blank image of my house as proof of delivery, which the driver did not call at! we have cctv and waited in. Call centre robot will not connect you to a human! It just asks the same questions over and over. This company clearly does not want to speak to their customers. The chat feature is the same this company is a joke! The driver is a liar! shocking service.

pressing a doorbell is not that difficult

I ordered a Christmas tree on the internet. I was in all day on Friday. It shouldn't have been a problem when the DHL person turned up. But it was. Instead of pressing my doorbell they just put a sorry we missed you through the letterbox. I was in all day yesterday too (Monday) when the exact same thing happened again. I am not very optimistic of having a tree this Christmas.

DHL and ebay waste of time

ebay arranged to collect an item I am selling, a message from DHL said they would collect Wed 26/11/25 they didn't, next time I looked the message it said collection would be on Thurs 27/11/25 (today) not been, so I looked again at the message it then said collection would be on Fri 28/11/25 bearing in mind I have not been out this last couple of days and I am unable to get any sense from ebay, I might as well be talking in swahili don't they understand, I HAVE SOLD AN ITEM ON EBAY, EBAY HAVE ARRANGED COLLECTION, there hasn't been anybody to collect.
It is NOT up to the courier to dictate a time and date for a collection... IT'S THE SELLERS!

Total time wasters

Had a collection booked with DHL ,on day of collection got estimated time around mid-day 11:53-12:53 ,this just happened to coincide with a delivery by by DHL .The times were just 3min apart ,no surprise with that great I thought. Message for delivery "delayed" and message for collection at 10am item not ready .They never came near .I also have photograph of item to be collected with time and date stamp a full 24hrs before collection due. Someone is not telling the truth .Also to add insult they gave a delivery time for the next day Saturday no delivery again .So no idea if they can be bothered to deliver or collect in my area and no I am not in a difficult place to get to. I have never had any issues with Royal Mail or Parcelforce in over 25 years. only ever had issues with courier companies .

No show, no information

No show. Expected delivery 13th, no show and no information. Then told delivery 14th, no show.
Message on the morning of the 15th , your parcel will be delivered the 14th!
No response from the company the item was purchased from (Dunelm). No response from DHL.
Absolutely useless. Thought Evri was bad but at least you get useless Claire bot to spar with. DHL have no communication at all. Avoid at all costs.

Still no communication from DHL, tracking still says arriving on 14th.
At what point do they decide to look at the system that obviously isn’t functioning?

Use DHL if you don't want to receive what you ordered

Only able to pick home delivery option which i don't even want since i live few minutes walk away from a pick up point, and they always fail to home deliver even i'm home all day. They're probably incapable of opening doors or calling you.

RUBBISH IN ONE

I’ve never known a disgusting company in my life they text me to say it was out for delivery four days running, so cancelled my chemotherapy each day and not once did they turn up with my parcel. In considering taking them to court I’ve seeking legal advice to see what can be done about it.

Do not use their collection points

If you don't receive a pick up code to pick up from a collection point, ring DHL... and wait on the line until you get put through to a real person. Do not send a message. My real person sorted everything out for me, and was very polite and correct, asking me whether he could call me by my first name.

What a terrible service no customer contact numbers all hiding behind computers, I have sent 6 e mails of which i get a standard reply, not very helpful, I feel I have been scammed, i Do not recommend this company the service is terrible and I'm afraid my parcel will be lost in the system because when i put tracking number in it says no information very worried and very stressful

Absolutely disgraceful service compared to parcel force. 3 days late for delivery and still not here. ordered abroad from Spain that took 2 days to reach their hub in the UK which is acceptable but for 3 days delivery when the item was in the UK no just wrong!!! get your crap together UK DHL!!!!!

DHL UK. I had an extremely important shipment going to USA. I put a time frame 11am to 2.15pm clearly on DHL site, only to be informed by our warehouse that they were not picked up. I called DHL and they lied that I had no such windows. I logged into my account and there it is - in the front page. I use DHL in Finland and UK and where Finland is absolutely bang on time and all goes smoothly, UK DHL is just piece of shite, sorry to say. I am changing a courier. I've forgiven way too many times. Not anymore.

Lousy delivery notification and poor customer service.

We were not notified about a Currys delivery to our home until 10,17 last night. We were already booked into a couple of appointments in Truro but found this message en route. It said delivery would be 1.15 -2.15 so we abandoned our second appointment and raced back home, arriving at 1.03, only to find that the delivery had already been made!! No note through door. I shan't use Currys again!

Deliveries consistently late and missed

My dog food company now uses DHL for it's deliveries of online orders

Historically, deliveries would be via DPD, which were always delivered within the notified time slot.

Now deliveries are via DHL and the service level is atrocious!

My last three deliveries have all been delivered outside of the 3 hour delivery window (DPD was 1 hour)

Today's delivery was notified as between 09:00 and 12:00

At the time of submitting this review,

NO delivery, and no tracking information available!

Use DHL at your peril!!

Literally THE WORST of a bad lot in the 1st place

Okay so it’s now still saying there’s driver is on its way to no.80 1.5 hours ago since I last reached out to you to say that had been stuck saying that since 10:31 this am & asking if there was a problem ? No response. Not even a fix on the tracker: dhl literally is the WORST and when your’e the worst of a pretty bad lot - that’s really bad

DHL could not find my address TWICE

I ordered one bike from Halfords and the delivery company was DHL they couldn't find my address it's in the middle of Fulham and I gave them my mobile number,they couldn't find my address I waited all day for the delivery,it was sent back to Halfords and I ordered another bike the same thing happened!!!!!!! I am having a nightmare with Halfords they won't return the refund on both bikes DHL are USELESS!!!! They don't have a sat nav in Thier vehicles and I gave the driver my mobile number ,all together I wasted 3 days .
