They lied about the delivery home service. I stayed at home whole day and got a message at the end of the day saying that no one was at home. In case the door bell did not work ( which it should), then they should try to call me by phone. The delivery guys were just too lazy. This is not the first time. They always try to make customers go to pick up points instead of delivery home service

DHL (Documents Hopelessly Lost) has once again lived up to its name and lost my parcel. Or it's been stolen by one of their underpaid workers.
I will never again buy from anyone who uses DHL.

The problem with DHL is if you're not in your unlucky because they would send it back to DHL depot not like DPD or UPS which they will send it to the local store. and they do not giving us a 1 hour slot it's all day job.

I sold artwork on Balthasart and a pickup date was arranged, I was given only a confirmation number. We were given time 30.12.2021 from 11 am till 4 pm.
My husband was waiting all day at home for a pickup. I was at work all the time.
I can not use my phone at work.
At 14:47 I got an unanswered call. If you call it back: you have to know who called you, why, when, etc.
It took me two hours to call back and explain multiple times everything. Dhl promised to call back but they never did, so I called three times altogether to understand what is going on.
The lady from DHL told me that they never pick up, first they give a call.
Result: day missed, we have to wait the second day, we canceled all our plans: we have to empty the art gallery, we had to do it yesterday to be free today. Instead, we wait again and the gallery is still not empty and we cannot return the keys.
Update: second attempt after three calls: item still not picked up, no messages, no calls, just not picked up.
After giving a call to DHL again (and wasting money on these calls) they could not find the package at all).
Please do not contact me regarding Balthasart.

I would use 0 if possible. I have consistently had poor experience with this company. I wish other organisations would:-
1. stop using them
2. Advertise that if they do so we customers could chose a different goods supplier.
I have now been off work waiting for two days for next day delivery.
Contacting both DHL and the supplier I still have no idea when the product will be delivered.!!
Unreliable and slow
DHL quoted me for delivery of items from London to Australia in 6-8 working days, collecting on Tuesday 9th November. DHL did not collect my items on the 9th November. The earliest I could rebook collection was the 11th November. DHL did not collect my items on the 11th November. I had to take the items to a DHL location on the 12th November. It is now the 29th November, 11 working days later, and the items have still not been delivered to their final location. DHL's communication has been poor throughout.

Received an email the day before and this morning and with a one hour delivery time. Fantastic service and feel confident with future orders.

Omg😱 I have never ever seen any company very stressful 😡 like this in my entire life, my order was out for delivery since 3rd November 21 but never delivered to the collection Centre, either out for delivery from 9 am and is later in the depot at 6-7 pm ( always in circulation to the depot), what was the driver doing nothing!!! Customer Service claim “we would live an email for the depot and this would be delivered to you” but did nothing. Submitted my email and number for the collection code but nothing was sent to me!! I only have 2 days or the order would be sent back to the retailer but the amazing part is that it's always at the depot or with the driver😂 so I don't know when this would be delivered😢😂🥵. Plsss Footlocker never send my parcel through DHL. Please Post my parcels through Royal mail❤️ or Hermes. What a terrible courier service this is. I’ve been expecting a delivery since Tuesday, keeps being cancelled. No attempt to deliver it yesterday. So no idea if this parcel will arrive or not.
Customer services are dire, they couldn’t care less.

Disappointing experience.
I left my IDs and Panamanian ATM card in Brazil and went to Panama. I had a friend send the documents to me August 23 and DHL documents indicate I could expect receipt on Aug 31. It did not arrive until Sept 9. Online tracking was useless because they were using a subcontractor for the final leg.

I live in South Wales and expecting my first delivery from them I receive an email saying your parcel will be delivered between 3.30 and 4.30 dead on 3.30 I get another email telling me the driver Mark missed you and wont be back for 3 days. i STAYED IN ALL DAY FOR HIM. after trying to email back I get an instant reply from the automated system telling me the same we have checked and he was in the street but noone was home INSTANTLY so I can take it this is normal working practice to have the auto reply to churn out this garbage.

The courier might be stupid, he was thinking I’m not gonna call to the local shop or what? They are open! Till 11pm! And wasn’t closed! They serving parcels till 10pm! And shuts the store at 11pm each day! What is wrong with your couriers! Yiu better send that courier back with my parcel today! I was talking to customer service about the change of address for my package and she started talking about the receipt of my package since I bought it outside EU. I told her I have not recieved any instructions for this process but I can send the receipt right away I just need to know how it is done. She said she will send it to my email address and in the middle she just dropped the call and I have not received any information on the process of customs. Very rude.
