Louie Cranshaw has provided us with excellent service on two trips now and has organised our third for later in the year.
He takes all the stress and hard work out of finding the ideal holiday for your desired location and type of trip, along with organising seamless transfers where needed.

Saf made our South America Adventure a…

Saf made our South America Adventure a true and superb experience from beginning to end! He created a Tailor Made Tour for us from a long list of places we wanted to see and visited. We were exceptionally well looked after whilst travelling with great guides, drivers and perfectly located hotels! We have known and used Saf and his team at Dial a Flight for over 15 years now and Safe is like a family member! Thank you for always looking after our needs and demands as a Retired Travel Couple!

Exceptional Service

Exceptional Service

I have been using DAF for nearly 20 years.
My contact as always been Gavin.
He has good knowledge and provides excellent service.
We recently booked three weeks Japan tour which was arranged by Gavin.
Everything went very well as planned.
I would highly recommend DAF.

Professional and helpful staff

Nicky from DialAFlight handled our flight bookings very professionally. She was also very helpful when changes were required due to the war in Middle East. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for similar services.

I have used phillipa from dial a flight…

I have used phillipa from dial a flight a few times and will continue to do so, everything is easy, and there's very little that's easy today. My recent trip to Lisbon was great I changed where I wanted to be located no problem again very easy, thank you for your attention.

Dial-a-flight to the rescue

Back in February my wife and I were due to fly off on a lengthy ski trip to the States. Whilst sat waiting to board our outbound flight, British Airways cancelled it due to an aircraft defect and we were told to reclaim our luggage and wait for an email with an update as to what would happen next. Luckily we had booked our trip through Dial-a-flight (DAF). Having spoken to Tom at DAF he told us to wait for BA's offer via email and then if it didn't work for us to call them back, supplying us with the out of hours number as he said BA were renowned for sending emails late at night. Sure enough around midnight BA emailed us offering to fly us out two days later with what amounted to dreadful routes and flight times. We called the DAF out of hours number and spoke with Karina who managed to get us on a BA flight the next day, plus our connecting flight, all flights business class as per our original booking. On top of that Karina booked us a hotel in Reno for our stop over and adjusted our car rental pick up accordingly. By morning Lloyd Stevens, our personnel contact at DAF, had re sent all the updated travel details and vouchers and the rest of the journey went seamlessly. If ever the was an advert for using a competent travel company to resolve issues beyond your control this is it. Had we booked this trip independently we would have missed out on several days skiing let alone the stress and disruption. A huge thank you to all involved at DAF who really came through when the chips were down. I have also emailed DAF directly to thank all concerned for service at its best.

I will not be spending anymore money…

I will not be spending anymore money with this company, 7 months ago I payed for flights for 2 people to go to Sweden, thanks to Air France, the first flight was delayed, so we missed our connection, then it just snowballed & we missed the first night & first days activity, bearing in mind, this was a very expensive 4 day trip, for 6 months I have been trying to get compensation, none of the above was dial a flights fault, but although I paid them for the flights, I have had to constantly contact Air France, dial a flight said they can’t help me, I have asked for someone with some authority to contact me, but no one has, I feel very let down by dial a flight, hence the 1 star, big company poor customer service

Had we booked your hotel too we would have had more control over the booking.

“Superb” doesn’t even come close to…

“Superb” doesn’t even come close to what Greg and his colleagues at Dial-a-Flight did for me.
I had a medical emergency in South America and one call to Greg at Dial-a-Flight was all it took for him to get me on the next flight home.
I reckon that Greg and his time saved my life - literally

Exceptional

We have used Dial a Flight a few times. This year we dealt with Marty Davis . He was very professional and exceptionally patient when we couldn’t decide. Everything ran so smoothly can’t fault them whatsoever.When we come to planning again we will give them a call first.

DialAFlight to Costa Rica

From start to finish Todd Cafferkey and his team arranged our holiday on 12/4/26 to Costa Rica. Todd or a member of his team Jim and Helen were always available to answer any queries, make changes such as extra days and upgrade a room. Would definitely recommend DialAFlight and many thanks to Todd and his team here and in Costa Rica for a wonderful experience.

Awesome experience

I was getting tired of searching the Internet looking at online quotes which kept changing in price every time I searched.

I wanted to talk to somebody, and that’s when I discovered Dial a Flight and Brendan Morrisey.

From the first point of contact to the last Brendan’s knowledge, friendliness and professionalism stood out.

I was incredibly indecisive and kept changing my arrangements, but Brendan was incredibly patient and accommodating.

I would never bother looking anywhere else for future travel arrangements. Brendan found an amazing deal for us to South Africa 🇿🇦which wasn’t available online and I was delighted to proceed with the booking.

Brendan is a credit to dial a flight team.

Flawless Service as always, everything on our trip went exactly as planned. I have been using Dial a flight for many years now and they are without doubt the best travel agents I’ve ever used. They offer a really personal service and they really take care of their customers.

Great service from Tristan and Jerry…

Great service from Tristan and Jerry and their team. We had an issue with the car hire while we were in the USA and they sorted it efficiently and successfully. We were impressed !
This was our first time using DialAFlight and we will definitely use them again.
