Nicholas at DialAFlight has been…

Nicholas at DialAFlight has been fantastic since the day we called last October. He helped us book a long haul trip to NZ, Aus and the Phillipines for us and our children. He made the whole process a lot easier and took away a lot of the stress, finding the good flight times, suitable airlines etc. whilst away we got in touch with Nick a couple of times with questions and always had a speedy useful response. On our way back we flew via Dubai which we were nervous about. Nick and the out of hours helpers reassured us several times and were great answering our questions. There is no waiting on the phone, someone is always there to help when you call. I will always book through DialAFlight in the future. Having expert knowledge at hand when you need it from booking the trip and whilst you are away is invaluable. I could not recommend them more!!!

We have been using Stacey as a family for years now and she is absolutely brilliant, always going above and beyond to make sure our holidays run smoothly, no matter where we are travelling. Most recently she helped us get home safely from Dubai, despite all the disruption and uncertainty and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful.

Her professionalism, dedication and genuine care for her clients really set her apart, we wouldn’t book with anyone else!

Excellent customer service & best deals found

Have been using Dial A Flight for over 20 years. They have always provided excellent customer service, great prices and always following up with relevant details & updates. Any queries have always been responded to promptly. My most recent trip to Australia was booked with Phoebe Harris who was a pleasure to deal with & who took the time to find me an airline, price & timings that suited me the best. The personal attention given before & after the trip was much appreciated & reassuring should anything unexpected have happened.

Nicholas Brew is a great agent


Nicholas Brew is a great agent. I have booked with him for the last three years now and no issues have arisen. My last trip had my Miami flight home cancelled, I rang out of hours and yet again another great response. Really pleased with everything.

After sales service gone wrong

Title: Premium booking, disappointing support when it mattered

I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case I feel it is justified.

I booked a premium Business Class trip through DialAFlight expecting both a high-quality travel experience and professional support in case anything went wrong.

Unfortunately, the experience fell well below expectations.

The flights, marketed by Etihad Airways, were operated by a different airline and did not deliver the level of service one would reasonably expect from a Business Class booking. This happened on two consecutive flights.

In addition, a hotel booking failed to recognise my Marriott Bonvoy Gold status, resulting in a loss of benefits and overall experience.

While issues can occur in travel, what has been most disappointing is the lack of meaningful support from DialAFlight afterwards. Despite providing full documentation, the response has effectively been to redirect me back to the airline, rather than taking ownership as the booking agent.

When you book through a specialist travel company, you expect more than just ticket issuance — you expect accountability and assistance when things don’t go as planned.

At this stage, the matter remains unresolved.

I hope DialAFlight reflects on this, as the concept of service is defined not when things go right, but when they go wrong.

A Stress-Free Experience

We have used DialAFlight on a few occasions in the past and have never been let down. Our latest booking was handled by Dennis Hollands and the service he provided was exceptional. I had initially tried to book directly with Qatar to include their stop-over package but fortunately their website was playing up so I rung DialAFlight and Dennis seamlessly rearranged the same package for us. Our return flight was scheduled for mid March with Qatar but we weren't surprised when Dennis contacted us to say it had been cancelled however he had, by then, found us an alternative flight which was scheduled for 2 days later. That worked perfectly for us. For reasons unknown, I was unable to check in online and was somewhat concerned as I had no paperwork to show at the airport however again Dennis stepped in and although he obviously was unable to check us in, he was able to secure our seats so we then knew all was ok. I was very relieved that my first attempt at booking directly with Qatar failed as I'm sure we would have encountered no end of problems in trying to contact them from overseas. With all our communications with Dennis we feel he is an old family friend now and we will certainly contact him when we're ready to book another holiday.

Superb Service

One of the biggest reasons I use Dial a Flight is if anything should go wrong I would have someone to talk to within a few seconds who could sort it out. This was the case being stuck in Sydney after several schedule changes and cancellations with Qatar Airlines. The day and night team were superb in getting us home even when half way and being abandoned in Kuala Lumpa by Qatar Airways. Basically we couldn’t have got home without them. You now have a customer for life, thank you.

Amelia at Dialaflight is brilliant

I have had Amelia at Dialaflight arrange quite a few of my long haul holidays and all of them have worked out brilliantly. Using Dialaflight makes the whole process of booking flights so much easier and to know I can call on them anytime while I am away if there are flight problems is very reassuring.

Brilliant and supportive!

Declan was extremely helpful to us throughout all our travel experience. When I first booked he was constantly in touch and very helpful with all our travel expectations. Our flights home from Australia were all cancelled due to the war and Mr Trump and Declan and his team were amazingly proactive in getting us onto alternative airlines and back to the UK. I couldn’t rate Dial a flight more highly and would highly recommend them. Thank you Team Dial a Flight!

We are able to get help 24/7, when travelling this is a most helpful

We had booked and paid in full, for our annual holiday to Cuba. Unfortunately, the UK Government gave advice not to travel there, so the whole holiday had to be cancelled. To say that I was relieved that we had booked through Dial a Flight is an understatement, as I wouldn't have known where to start. Our Travel Manager, Mason, got onto the case straight away and we had the money credited back onto our card in good time. We went ahead to book another holiday, also booked through Dial a Flight and all went smoothly until we were on our way home. Our flight was cancelled, which meant an overnight stay and that we couldn’t have caught the second leg of our journey home. I rang at 3am to ask for help, which we got, and it meant that we didn't have as much of a stressful time as it could have been if we had booked it ourselves. I can't recall how many holidays we have booked through Dial a Flight, but I don't want to go anywhere else as we get such good service and the prices are competitive too

A recent family trip to NewZealand…

A recent family trip to NewZealand returning via Singapore, where a 4 night scheduled stop was part of our package was expertly organised for us by Theo Naim and his team at DialAFlight. Due to unforseen events in the Middle East we were stranded in Singapore for an extra 9 nights. Thanks to Theo we eventually managed to get a flight home at extra cost.
Theo also managed to arrange a part refund for us from Emirates our original carrier.
In my opinion DialAFlight and in particular Theo Naim could not have done any better for my family and I.

Elaine and I would just like to say a big thankyou for looking after us through what was an uncomfortable time. Always a calm and considered response. No delay or put on hold when answering our calls at any time of day or night. We would like you also to pass on our thanks to Karina Evans on the 24 hr help desk. She was so nice and helpful when we had an issue with one of the emails from etihad. She forwarded the emails to you and the team and a confirmation to us that she had done so to us.

Once again Tommy we are grateful for your professionalism and genuine desire to help us in what must have been a very taxing time for you and your colleagues.

We have used your company numerous times over the years and always felt completely happy with the service and support you give. We would never consider going else where. We always coment to our friends how professional the service is from dial a flight.

New Zealand and Australia

Our holiday in New Zealand and Australia went really well. The itinerary was perfect, all the hotels were excellent and flights all went to plan. Also Jarvis and Darryll gave really helpful advice when, for a while, it seemed we might not be able to go due to illness. We were also kept up to date with changes to flight times. The Dial a Flight app showed our itinerary really clearly and was exceptionally easy to use. We will definitely used Dial a Flight again.

Jeff Lee at Dial- a- Flight

Jeff Lee at Dial- a - flight was absolutely brilliant at all stages of our holiday booking to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand recently. All aspects of the trip from the itinerary, flights, hotels and excursions were excellent. Jeff was always on hand throughout the holiday to answer any questions we had, and when our return home flights were cancelled due to the war in the Middle East, his support was second to none. Jeff was in constant communication with us, taking a ‘no stone unturned approach’ to helping us get home safely. Despite the possibility originally of being stuck for 2 weeks in Thailand…..Jeff found flights for 4 of us just 5 days later……and then managed to find other flights, that actually got us home just one day after our original cancelled flights were planned to return us to the UK. Brilliant. We would recommend Dial- a - flight to anyone- especially Jeff! We’ll definitely be using the company and this agent again. Mark Mullin

My first excellent experience with DialAFlight

My first experience with DialAFlight.
Jeff helped us to plan our amazing SE Asia trip consisting of 10 flights and many more hotels. It worked like a dream and we had a fabulous time.
Out return was unfortunately affected by the Middle Eastern troubles but Jeff was our saviour and was able to organise our safe return home which, judging by other passengers’ nightmare journeys, we would not have been able to resolve as quickly ourselves.
We will certainly and confidently use DialAFlight in the future and recommend to others.
