I went in looking for a new TV and was pretty clueless on what I wanted, naturally enough I went in with a budget in mind on what I was willing to spend,
Luckily for me, I was helped my a fantastic floor member named Pat, he was extremely attentive and knowledgeable and ran me through each and every TV in my preferred budget, letting me hear the sound, picture and running me through the home pages and setup of TV’s I was interested in

He was a real hero and a saint, An absolute asset to the shop
Checkout was fast and easy with no problems

All in all Pat made my experience as easy and enjoyable as it could possibly be

I went in for a dehumidifier and Pat was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped make the best choice for what I needed. The store was also well stocked, clean and organised. Very satisfied with my visit and will return! Thanks!

Was in the Navan Store on Sunday. Was looking for a product. Lisa checked and phoned Stillorgan to get product sent to Navan. She was extremely helpful. Called back in today Wednesday to collect and met Lisa and again extremely helpful.

I ordered the product from Helen. I found Helen to be very obliging, and she kept me updated in relation to product availability and ultimately when the product would be available for collection. In my dealings with other stores, I find that I'm the one who is chasing to get updates. Not so with Helen, she provides excellent customer service. I also purchased a case for the tablet and my dealings with he staff at the cash desk was also excellent.
I would highly recommend DID in Navan.

Went in to DID in Navan yesterday. Was greeted by a very friendly staff member and I asked for 2 items that I was purchasing. She took me through the various brands etc. I was impressed with how she could explain them all in detail. Needless to say that I went home with two purchases!

Bought a toaster here recently and was happy with the service. Paul was very helpful and took the time to answer a the few questions i had without any sales pressure.

There was a good range of products to choose from and the whole process was straightforward. Overall, a pleasant experience and I'd have no problem shopping here again.
