I went to the Navan store to look for an Air Fryer. Helen was very helpful in helping to decide on which one was best in terms of suitability for family size, value for money etc. Things that I hadn’t thought of. Good experience.

On entering the store I approached a gentleman to ask about a printer, he was so professional and well spoken he had all the information and got me exactly what i needed.thank you so much,Pat I will be back again

I walked into DID in Navan nervously because I was not sure of what I wanted to buy.
My husband was turning 40 and I wanted a gadget for him but I had 0 ideas.I met Mark who answered my questions patiently and explained every little thing in detail.
I had thought that I would window shop for a bit before I made up my mind but Mark removed that burden for me and I happily walked out with my purchase on the same day.I will absolutely recommend Mark and DID any time.

I popped into the Navan store and was expertly helped by Lisa. I had a few gift cards to spend and the process couldn't have been easier. Everyone in store was so friendly and knowledgeable. The store itself is spotless and really well stocked. Thanks for all your help Lisa!

Called into Navan store, was dealt with by staff member named Pat,extremely polite, and exceptionally helpful as I was nt 100% sure of what I needed to go with what I was purchasing but all was explained in easy detail, and all worked great when installed
Would highly recommend.This guy is a certain asset to your company.
Also to save confusion I’ve never met or seen him before today but as a business owner I’d hope my staff deal with my customers in a similar fashion.

Let me be clear, the 5 stars are for the delivery and installer Martin (Meath). How any company can send 1 person to remove an American fridge and re install a new one is beyond me. Martin took out a huge American fridge freezer on his own. I was able to assist, in a very insignificant way and he did all the heavy lifting. You need to do better as an organisation. The health and safety of your workers are key and I saw no evidence of duty of care for your delivery staff today. Thanks Martin for an incredible job , under the circumstances. It's people like Martin that keep your company going and delivering excellent customer service.

I was served by Lisa and she was super helpful and kind I bought a massage gun which was as i expected quite good. I’m happy with it and I’m happy with my experience. Any time I go into DID in navan it’s a pleasant experience with helpful staff
