Best experience in a long time.

After having several disappointing and frustrating experiences with products (a replacement print head for my well used Epson Workforce) from other vendors, purchasing from Digiprint Supplies has restored my faith in the process. The opportunity to speak with an actual person was a big factor. The whole transaction was quick, efficient, and the product performed right out of it's shipping box exactly as it should and the pricing was well within reason.

Customer service was great

Customer service was great. We had an issue with my order not shipping as promised (computer glitch). I received an apology and explanation (not excuses). It was refreshing. Pricing is fantastic. Just received the products, so I will have to FU later on the quality of the products.

Stock-shipping issue, took some time.

Had problems with items not being shipped and customer service lacking response.
After some hassle, it turned out that one product was out of stock, so we agreed on a partial delivery and refund for the non-delivered item.
Room for improvement, but the items arrived fast after being shipped.
