This is my second time shopping with Digiprint. Affordable prices, fast shipping, and all products in excellent condition.

I’ve ordered from this company several times and every time I’ve been extremely satisfied. What impresses me the most is their lightning-fast shipping – my last order was placed on Tuesday at 5:45 PM and it arrived at my door in Poland from Germany the very next day before 11 AM! From order to delivery in just 16 hours – absolutely amazing.

Their prices are also excellent, both for compatible parts and originals (plotter spare parts). Every order has been smooth and reliable, and they really save me every time I’m in a rush.

i feel so bad about buying the head from you because you didn't allow the customer to make a choice as to which type of things we get... Now you sell a combo and put chines dampers and capping station for that much money with tax and all false advertising.. To customer i would never recommend anyone to you.

One week after installing the head damage because the dampers are shorter than the Roland and so the moving off the head makes it unable to sit in place the whole ink fill the station and damage the ribbon

Printing related items were fine, a surprise import tax was £130 from UPS. If you are ordering with them be prepared to pay such a massive price. Germany have massive issues with postage and packaging. This is another reason why I don’t sell to Germany unfortunately as they’ve got such painful shipping systems. If they was sending it from the US it wouldn’t have been an issue.

Look at the other 1 star reviews and you’ll maybe think twice.

This company needs to state about import tax or them to pay it and add it onto the bill than from being a surprise.

There is no commercial invoice issued in my profile yet. I had to request it by email. I received it quickly.

I needed a Cartridge needle for my Roland BN 20A, and I found one at Digiprint. I received it in a few days, and was able to repair my BN 20A. Needless to say I am more than happy to be up and running again, I will definitely be back.

The printhead I bought is in good condition.In fact all the printheads I bought from you are good.Ebay and Amazon have sold to me only bad printheads but Digiprint supplies is great.

We have purchased materials for our Mimaki printer, and everything we have received has been has optimum quality and delivered at an incredible speed.

Maybe I spoke too soon. I’m hoping someone will be able to reach out and assist me. My printhead completely stopped working and my whites are no longer coming through.

DTF Printers are a hassle and there are pros and cons when it comes to this machine. It’s only been a month so I am hoping something can be done.
