I have never received the table I ordered on the website (2 weeks after ordering it, they don't even know where the package is, when they promise a delivery in 48 hours), and Dimehouse is not reimbursing me. Impossible to reach them by phone.

Perfecte communicate. Timing I v m levering correct. Professionele firma, leuk om zaken te doen met dimehouse!!

I ordered a lamp which looks great but unfortunately one piece was a Bit demolished. I got a New one pretty quickly and a nice support. Thanks

My order came - a coffee table - badly packed and damaged. The metal leg was bent and all table crooked. I contacted the client service to return it and they where helpful and supposedly arranged a pick up by postNL, only the courier did not show up twice. Btw, the pick-up time is also not specific - anytime between 9:00 and 18:00. Expect to stay home all day and wait for someone not to come to take that package away. I asked when I will get a refund and the answer was "If we receive the package, within 7 days". I got struck by this laconic reply, especially the "IF" condition. In short, do not waste your money at Dimehouse.

Parcel not received on July 29th and no news
I ask for some information and Dimehouse answers that they are out of stock !
...could have been waiting for months before I get my money back.

I decided to return my order because it didn't go so well with the rest of our interior, but the customer service was not only kind, but also helpful beyond all expectations. They even filled out the return form instead of me, just after mentioning that I would like to make a return.

The couch is great and it arrived very fast!

All in all, are pleased with this purchase. The tabels are lighter than expected which is a good thing. The wood has a different color than in the picture (darker) and the finish of thw wood work is a bit under our expectations. The delivery was very fast.

Dimehouse has beautiful things for your house. I’ve had my chairs for my diningtable from Dimehouse and they are absolutely stunning. People have always asked me where I got those from and they always compliment me about it! If I ever win the lottery I’m gonna buy ALL the Dimehouse stuff I can get!!! 😋😍

Worst experience ever!!!
I ordered a wooden dining table that was in stock and had to be delivered the next day. Got it a few days later. One part was missing but it wasn't clear before the assembling because there was no instruction or picture of name of the product. I called the shop. The girl on the phone said it would be sent the same day and we would receive it the next day. It didn't happen in 3 days, nor later. I called again and another person said that for some reason it hadn't been sent. Great! Couldn't they let me know? So that I don't sit and wait for the postman for nothing? So they had to send it still. So they kind of did. But another table part came. I called again, they said that the part I needed was out of stock.
Finally they proposed to wait one month and MAYBE there would be a table, meaning they left me without a dining table for Christmas. I also missed Black Friday opportunities with this worst service ever.
Even failed to pick up their parts (which were by the way very badly packed) all at once. I had to spend extra and extra time to give back all useless parts.
Didn't return the money in time either, but only after extra emails.
Never cared to call back, to let me know there is a problem, or a solution to the problem they created themselves. A better name for the company is "Sorry" - the word I heard many times but that doesn't mean anything to them.
For my money and my time I had the worst "pleasure" of receiving and giving back faulty table parts during 5 visits from the post and without any visible initiative from the shop to resolve their own mess.
Won't buy anything there and don't recommend to anyone!

Great service and customer care. We came 30 min before closing and they helped us out order chairs. Lovely ladies and gents. We will for sure come back again.

Great experience. We got our beautiful dinning table last week! The table arrived with a little bit of damage and customer service handled it very fast.
