Ordered some items and paid for 2 days…

Ordered some items and paid for 2 days shipping. Didn't received in 2 days as promised and asked for a refunf on the shipping (they offer free shipping but I wanted faster and paid for it). The lady at customer service told me to ask a refund from UPS. How??? I paid Dior not UPS, they are the ones who needs to refund me. This is a joke.

I can’t believe a brand like Dior has…

I can’t believe a brand like Dior has this type of service. I ordered a customized bottle of Miss Dior. When it arrived they had made an error with the customization. I contacted the company immediately by email with photos. No response. I called and an employee named TJ told me customized items are not eligible for returns. I was like yes I understand that but the customizations I requested are wrong. He did not see how this was an issue. I said “if you ordered a customized item with the letters TJ and received the item with the letters RL would you just accept this??” his reply was “my opinion is irrelevant in this conversation”. I can not believe how ridiculous this has become. I finally got one of the associates to understand Dior made an error. She sent me a return label. Dior received my product two months ago and I’ve still not received the refund. Calling gets you nowhere. I’ve been told each time my case will be escalated. Not once has anyone contacted me. I am now turning to my bank to report the transaction as fraud. I highly suggest not shopping online with Dior! Should you be having trouble getting a resolution in regards to refunds, go straight to your bank and start a claim. I will never support this brand again. Disgusting employees!

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible, ordered on 23rd November express delivery and still not received my order. Emailed several times with no response and spoken to numerous customer service staff. They said it could take up to 30 days to get an answer from UPS . I asked for a full refund and they have refused? I asked for a refund for the express delivery nothing received. Don’t buy from them online it’s a joke. Totally disappointed with their service or lack of it especially for such a high profile company. I will never buy online from you again and highly recommend others don’t too.

I'm not sure what all the low reviews…

I'm not sure what all the low reviews are about.

I ordered some makeup for someone who means a lot to me, and I was so delighted to watch her open the package. It arrived in a large, white Dior box with gold ribbon and a printed gift card in a high-quality envelope. She also received two samples of Dior perfume in paper Christmas ornaments. Also, the shipping was lighting fast! We received it a day after ordering. How is this possible??

The packaging was incredible, and she absolutely loved her present.

Thank you, Dior, for paying so much attention to detail in your packaging and shipping.

No integrity at all and extremely poor customer service.

I regularly purchase fragrances from this website. I recently enquired why I received a poor batch of Miss Dior EDP 2021, and they requested extensive information, only to tell me that they reformulated batches. I need to accept that the latest batch has a weaker performance. Luis from customer services was particularly obstinate, and his emails were barely legible. Firstly, the extortionate canvas bags rip-off and now selling watered-down versions of perfumes. Dior if you are broke then say that.

Finally, please invest in your customer service staff they urgently need grammar lessons.

Excellent service

I’ve received excellent service from Dior.
Item ordered 25th Nov, delivered 27th.
Unfortunately, the gift box was missing, (couture gift) however a quick email to Dior and a rapid response from Yasmine this was quickly rectified.

Still waiting for the shoes

Well, I wish I read the reviews first 😅 On Tuesday 26 th of November I ordered shoes from Dior.com, I payed extra for express delivery. Shoes were supposed to be by Friday 29 th at my place. Over one week later I didn’t receive the shoes, nor any information regarding the delay. My email that I have sent to customer service remains unanswered and the link to check the status online doesn’t work (I try everyday). The chat is also unavailable.
So I called customer service and a nice lady told me that well- there is a delay ;) No kidding 😅 and the shoes will be send the next 48 hours. Keep your fingers crossed! I’m not ordering from Dior ever again.

Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service!! Ordered earrings, which arrived faulty and after many unfriendly exchanges they have said I need to send them back and then, and only then, after 14 days may they refund me. This whole process has taken such a long time and I am astounded that they do not offer to send me an unfaulty pair!!

Absolutely disgraceful

Absolutely disgraceful. They have been nothing but awful during the MONTHS that I have had the misfortune of chasing up a return for products over £500.00. They have even gone as far as being slanderous to my credit card company as an excuse for not giving me my refund referring to me as an "offender" and "abusive" without any abuse ever occurring and no evidence of this. It is absolutely disgusting that they are allowed to operate, steal people's hard earned money and get away with it.

I purchased cushion case for gift

I purchased cushion case for gift, after a week I contacted Dior asking where my item, they said they tried to deliver it but I am not home, send email to CS, they said the item is now at pick up point just bring Id I should be able to pick it up. Then I email back, that when pick up a parcel I need a QR code and no response. I then when to pick up point the lady said no parcel in my name and even if there is I need QR code to pick it up.I went back to Dior the following week the CS said the item on its way back to Dior, and I should receive my refund today(that was last week). Phone again today they said we have to wait till the item arrived back to us before issuing refund, 3 weeks of wasting my time and energy. REFUND my money, no more Dior for me, I will use different brand and house.

Excellent Customer Service …

I would like to commend the excellent customer service received at Christian Dior at Miranda Westfield . I ordered a Advent Calendar and Sabrina the store manager kindly assisted with delivery of this in efficient time. Her exceptional customer service and knowledge of products made the whole experience very easy and pleasant. I will certainly be returning for future products. I think it is important to acknowledge such great customer service . I will defnitley be returning for future purchases. Many thanks

No item, no replacement or refund. Diors delivery partner in the UK (DPD) did not deliver the package. I was note home at the time of delivery, they said that the parcel is delivered. After a lot of emailing they needed CCTV evidence that the driver did not deliver. This was a large birthday order and received no compensation.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience

I recently placed my first online order as a new user, ensuring that I filled out my profile and shipping address correctly. However, just a few minutes later, I received the order confirmation, only to find that the shipping address was completely wrong. Shockingly, the address was for a Mango store in Athens, and even my mobile number was incorrect—the last digit was missing.
I immediately reached out to customer service to rectify the issue, but all I received was an automated response informing me that they were unable to correct the address at that point. Instead, I was advised to contact my local carrier in Greece to fix it myself. As a result, when the package arrived in Greece, the carrier couldn’t deliver it or reach me due to the incorrect shipping details.
This has been an incredibly disappointing first experience with Dior.com. Please address these issues with your online system as soon as possible!

Nothing wrong with products but bad customer service …

Nothing wrong with products but bad customer service. Twice I’ve ordered something online. I received promo code in email which I applied but didn’t work in the end so I didn’t get my free lipstick. Also this was a gift and I checked the box for a couture box. I got the brown box instead. In My second order experience, I filled in a different shipping address as it was also shift. A few minutes later I received the order confirmation with the wrong shipping address and when I immediately called the customer service # they were unable to change it for me. All I could do was cancel my order which the customer service agent told me would not be guaranteed I would have cancelled.

Don’t buy from dior…..

I bought a lipstick that was supposed to last 12 hours on my lips. I tried applying it with more liquid and with less, but in both cases, after an hour, there was nothing left on my lips, even though I wasn’t eating during that time. I reported the issue to Dior, and they asked me to send photos as proof. I sent the photos, but got no response. I made many calls to customer service, not to mention messages sent on WhatsApp and Messenger, but I was completely ignored. They were always dismissive with me. Finally, after two weeks of struggle, I managed to return the lipstick, asking for a refund, which they refused to give me. I’m certain the product was faulty, so honestly, after this whole experience, I cannot recommend Dior…..

Top notch service

I ordered at 6 pm, the order came the next day at 11 am. The guy from the DPD delivered in person to my door. The packaging, the quality of the product, the free gifts, all is always great. Never had a problem. There is always a return label provided, the confirmation emails sent, all is top notch. It is safe to order online.

Not my experience just the painful tv ad.

This is not about my experience because having read your reviews I would not buy Dior. This is about the tv ad and if Natalie Portman screams one more time I am in danger of thowing something at the tv. PLEASE can this ad be removed it's been on way too long !!

Omg I should’ve read these reviews…

Omg I should’ve read these reviews before placing my 2nd Dior order. The customer service reps are just… Awful. Terrible attitude, they are so bothered by us customers. They give you bad energy right off the bat. Not to mention they do not resolve any issues. I would suggest to a boutique and deal with them in person and avoid a headache. I will not place any orders with Dior ever again.
