Rusty necklace, useless staff
I bought a necklace two years ago for my girlfriend. It turned green and rusted within three months. Their reply was oops that’s not meant to happen. They offered a refund and asked us to send back to the necklace. Money was refunded to an old account used to buy the necklace over two years ago and I don’t have any access to it, after many painful emails with their useless customer services team I still have got nowhere. Absolutely rubbish product and even worse staff!

I bought a christmas present for my wife on December 10 and the expected delivery date was December 23rd which was acceptable as there was a Canada Post strike. Fast forward to today, the product has not been arrived and the expected date changed to January 13rd. One whole month for “christmas present”. Contacted the customer service, they said they have contacted the courier (on dec 27). Avoid buying at the website at all cost!

I ordered a £470 necklace as a christmas present direct from dior, what turned up was not the necklace i order but a cheap fake bracelet.
The box was still sealed i believe the necklace had been swapped out in the packing process.
On ringing Dior to sort the issue out they were very unhelpful did not offer any replacement or refund and said they would investigate which would take 30 days.
i returned the item as requested for the investigation only to have it returned back to me saying it wasn't the correct item in the box.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dior has no integrity and does not care about their customers, they have major corruption issues within Dior and are not willIing to address the issue.
Dior is dishonest and a disgrace to the fashion industry.
Not up to the expected standard
Ordered one day, arrived afternoon of the next day - impressive! However, this time the fragrance (Dior Gris) does not seem to last as long as my previous one bought in Duty Free. Besides, one of the two free samples arrived empty without a molecule of any scent. It was my first purchase from Dior.com and quite disappointing as you would expect the quality and respect to customers at least on the level of their competitors. I've pointed the problem out to the customer service, they offered a code for a special gift with my next purchase. It is rather arrogant to expect an unsatisfied first-time customer to buy something else from you, isn't it? I won't.

I had high expectations when ordering from Dior, but my experience was deeply disappointing. I paid for next-day delivery, yet my order arrived 10 days later, which is completely unacceptable. To add to my frustration, customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful throughout the delay. This lack of professionalism is not what I would expect from a luxury brand. Very dissatisfied with the overall service.
Absolutely horrible, never buy from Dior
Absolutely horrible! I ordered worth $237 only because their website has this great offer that if you buy more than $200, they’ll send you 3 complementary gifts with it. To my great surprise, none of those came (my order got delivered today) and when I contacted customer support, the agent tells me the products must have been out of stock at the time of shipping hence they can’t do anything. The most terrible part is, they won’t even give you free return label for returning the products.. how disgusting is this !!!

Ordered items wrong address was given through PayPal I canceled order.They shipped order anyways I call they want change address but they will call UPs intercept package .Refused to help me .help that would benefit me. Sent empty perfume bottle, refused replacement
I was excited to see the return of Poison, my wife's favorite perfume back when they made it. Somehow they sent me an *empty bottle*----it doesn't even smell, it was obviously never filled. They refuse to give me a replacement or return. £200 wasted.
Premium Price - amateur service
Ordered perfume as a gift for Christmas, assuming that paying more to buy direct from Dior would ensure premium service - or at least service in line with the promises on their website.
Placed order with next day delivery on the 18th - item did not arrive and no update was provided. However, payment was taken (despite the T&C's saying that it would not be taken until the item was dispatched). Each day delivery date on my account just changed to a day later. I used the tracking number to check via the Courier and they said they are waiting for the parcel.
Contacted customer services and then waited a day for a reply. The response, essentially: "I am very sorry about this very unusual situation. Unfortunately, at the moment I do not have a date to communicate."
When I queried the fact that this was not consistent with their T&C's, including payment being taken the response:
'Yes indeed and once more I apologize'
Really poor - wish I'd have just ordered via Boots and paid less to get the product on time!
Experience with Dior Bag
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with @Dior regarding my Lady Dior bag. Despite paying a premium price and taking meticulous care of this luxury piece, the color has significantly changed over time, as shown in the photo.
When I purchased this bag, I trusted Dior’s reputation for quality and durability. At no point was I informed that discoloration is a characteristic of patent leather. As a loyal customer, I feel this lack of transparency is unacceptable.
While Dior has responded to my concerns, claiming this issue is due to the “natural characteristics” of the material, I find this explanation unsatisfactory for a luxury product of this caliber. Dior represents the epitome of quality, and I expect the brand to stand by its products and offer a solution that reflects its standards.
I urge @Dior to take responsibility for this matter and reconsider their response. Customers who invest in luxury deserve better.

Outstanding service as always
Outstanding service as always. I also can’t relate to these other reviews. I ordered some makeup after 5pm on Friday and put the wrong delivery date in by mistake. I called customer support after realising my mistake on Saturday morning, I spoke to a very polite gentleman who said as my order was placed after 5pm and for delivery next Saturday, he wouldn’t be capable of changing it to next day delivery as the order was now with the warehouse. That is completely understandable as I have worked in retail. It was my fault as I clicked on wrong delivery. I accepted that it wouldn’t be delivered before Xmas. Lo and behold, 2 hours later, my package arrived. Beautifully wrapped and stunning product. I am assuming the gentleman I spoke with managed to correct the delivery. I love Dior!
Couldn’t change the address nor cancel the order
I ordered a set of small fragrances for my mom as a Christmas present online but checked out with PayPal. When I logged in to the Paypal after returning me back to their page the order was already placed and this is when I saw the address that PayPal pulled out was not correct.
I called customer support straight away because I chose the delivery for the next day. But customer support told me there is nothing they can do now neither cancel the order or change the address and I have to wait for PDP link in order to chance the address.
Surprise surprise I couldn’t change the address because I no longer live in the same area. The only way for me to receive this package was to reroute it to the shop where I could pick it up. Now this means I have to travel for an hour to pick up the parcel.
What a joke. I expected so much better from Dior but times and times it shows thaT luxury brands are so rubbish at online customer support. I wish I ordered it from someone else.
Garbage
Garbage. Ordered a set. The lipstick arrived damaged. I started talking with customer service via email. They then ignored me for 20 days despite me following up numerous times. I finally called and was told they apologize and were refunding me for the damaged item and it would take 30 days. 30 days later still no refund and now when I call they're telling me that it's too late for them to help me because it's past their 30 day return police. I will NEVER order from them again.
Did not receive goods
Ordered perfume, went to locker to collect . Locker was empty. Very poor response from customer services saying this now under investigation but will not send another one in the meantime. So I will not be able to receive the gift in time for Christmas. Customer service member said I should be patience and understand they are being punished also !
Dior is such a let down
Dior is such a let down. I joined in June of this year and have spent 1900.00. My Christmas gift is two ounces of hand soap that they did not even send. So actually my gift is nothing. Last year I heard they got a full size prestige serum. It is why I joined. Will not be buying from them again. What a slap in the face. After raising the price you would think they would have kept the gifts that kept us coming back. I feel so taken advantage of. I also did not receive holiday box or charm. No one has contacted me, I called and emailed. There has got to be someone new in charge for Dior how else could it go from being the best company to the absolute worst on the market. So deceptive.no warning your gift would be you can wash your hands for maybe a week what a joke.

Ordered a 50ml EDT of Poison online 11/12/24 as a Christmas present from my husband. Thought I'd order direct from Dior as it was nice to get a few samples included. On the evening of the 12/12/24 I had an email from Dior stating 'We regret to inform you that your order has been cancelled due to a stock discrepancy'. I do not understand why the website allows you to order an item when it is not actually in stock! Unbelievably, I went online again this morning, and lo and behold, the 50ml EDT of Poison is still available to purchase!! However, I am not going to take the chance and risk having my order cancelled again. From now on I will just get my Dior perfumes from elsewhere....... very disappointing!!!
Disappointed
Ordered Dior Savage as a gift for Christmas it came and a couple of days later I noticed the box had a really strong smell I opened it to see it had came smashed the whole bottle was empty and the box was covered in the scent staining through. Disgusting service.
Terrible customer service and product
If I could leave less starts I would. This han been by far the worse customer service experience. I bought a lipstick that basically does not do what they say. Has been a ridiculous amounts of emails and the response terrible. On top of that rude. They basically don't care about what you have to say.
