I took delivery of what i thought was…
I took delivery of what i thought was my add on awning tent ti my already purchased Dircet 4x4 expeditionnawning. When infact i had received another awning. Unfortunately i didnt notice this error until a few months later when i was ready to fit both the awning and the add on tent. I spoke with a female staff member who was very proffessional. Extremely understanding and empathic towards their error snd my late request. She sorted the collection and delivery within 1 week. Fantastic company. Fastastic awning and tent. Highly recommend this company and its products. Will use again.

Good quality product
Good quality product . No assembly instructions supplied and this caused me some problems. Delivery time was ok but the delivery company was pretty poor.
