Not easy fit
The centre bar did not meet the small hole in centre of the chassis bracket was not long enough .had to use the big hole.the centre bar did not line up with front and rear brackets it was lower which meant I had to put 5 mm packers between the step and the bracket

Really good quality
Really prompt delivery. High quality but a little difficult to fit to a Berlingo as an elderly lady(in my 60's), however I managed on my own and am very happy with it.

Easy to install, but !
A very good product and easy to install.
I had one problem :
One of the channels that connect the awning to the brackets was dented in which meant the nuts would not slide down, I had to repair this before being able to fit it.

Friendly and helpful staff
Was umming and ahing over one of their swing out rear awnings and wall sets as my vehicle is taller than it’s designed for. Very helpful over the web chat and ended up stopping by the showroom to take a better look and figure out if I could make the awning work with a few modifications. Everyone I dealt with was really friendly and helpful.
