Absolutely Legit.

I was apprehensive to buy from here as the prices were very very good and the reviews on here are quite mixed.

So instead of buying what I actually wanted, I bought a copy of a perfume I already owned, to see if the scent was the same. It was, its the exact scent I expected and the packaging is very good.

For those experiencing issues with their scents being out of date or not smelling right may I just remind you that some of the perfumes sold here aren't actually made anymore (including the one I bought) and perfume does have an expiration date.

I have ordered some items before Christmas which I didn't received it. They did not refund my money. Be aware don't buy anything. It's Fake !

Purchased a lipstick from them via eBay. I was really happy that I'd found a bargain - something that I'd been after for ages. The next day I received an email to say they were out of stock. I was left feeling so let down.

Directcosmetics would better keep up wit their actual stock levels and do more inventories to keep on top of things. This would alleviate customer frustration.

Maybe people should email DC first to find out if they still have what you're after. I certainly will think twice before purchasing from them again as I don't want to be let down.

Initially skeptical, however I continued to place an order for L'ocataine body moisturiser for £21 instead of £42. They disclosed the box as being damaged but the product was good as new! It came within 3 days and I am pleasantly surprised. Outer box was damaged slightly, although noting major as I am still able to gift it. The hygiene seal has been ripped but the product is full and all seems legit to me. Great saving as I can't seem to find it anywhere else for as cheap. Highly recommend

This was my first order from this company and I'm impressed. The website was easy to use, the goods (Maybelline nail polish) were tracked by Royal Mail with regular updates and were exactly as requested, arriving within four days of placing the order.

Ordered two bottles of Ted Baker X20 as Christmas stocking fillers for my sons, but really disappointed that they didn't arrive in Ted Baker packaging, they just had a bit of white cardboard around them, yet when you look at their site everything is packaged in brand name oackaging?

I bought Marc Jacobs Splash perfume in Cucumber after discovering it had been discontinued. The bottle looked promising, although no labels on it. I still had a little bit of my old one left and so sprayed a different one on each wrist. But the smell is nothing like the original and lasted about an hour. Customer service was shocking and replied with a 'we only sell genuine products' message. My experience would lead me to think it's not genuine and I would actively avoid them.

Received empty tube of concealer!! For the first time I am speechless...

I had a very good experience with Directcosmetics my items arrived very quickly and well packaged. Very good price cheaper than other online websites

Ordered joop, used it and your lucky if the smell lasts an hour and has a strong alcohol smell, compared it to bottle I got from boots, boots one still strong four hours later, aweful will not buy again.

This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. First of all my address was incorrect on the order, I can only assume the system altered it after I submitted it. I emailed the customer 'care' team. Instead of offering to help or even apologising they blamed me! When I replied to the email again my email address had been blocked! When my order finally arrived it was a tester... states on the box 'Tester - Not For Sale'. My complaint has still not been addressed. This was a Christmas gift which I was honestly embarrassed to give. I would urge people NOT to use this company.

I've been buying perfumes from them for years now. Good value original products and excellent service every time!

I actually ordered through fruggo.com, because there werent as many reviews for direct cosmetics, and the reviews for fruggo were better. However, when the perfume arrived, the shipping slip was from direct cosmetics "via fruugo". This is not an issue for me. I dont mind where it comes from, so long as I get what I ordered.

I ordered a perfume which I wasnt able to find anyhere else (Only Fruggo and Direct Cosmetics had it - Guessing it might have been discontinued) I wasnt sure whether to order from either of these websites or not being as i hadnt used them before. I think my main concern was whether the product was genuine, or a ripped off version (being as I couldnt get it anywhere else). I am 100% totally happy with my purchase and would be happy to order directly from this website next time. It is the real deal, a genuine perfume, it was very reasonably priced, and it was well packaged. 5* review from me.

I will also leave the same review on fruggo being as that is where i actually placed my order.

Don’t trust this company! I ordered a Clarisonic Mia 2 and found out through Clarisonic they are an unauthorized dealer. No wonder the item broke less than a year after I paid full price. It’s been 2 months and I’m still waiting on the replacement after paying out of pocket to ship my old one back. This is a scam. I called and nobody answered the phone. Buy via Clarisonic direct next time. Beware!

Very happy with my purchase and delivery. I didn't know what to expect having read reviews, knowing the packaging might have some damage (from description) I was surprised to see it wasn't what I'd consider damaged, I would never have known, and I was only interested in the contents of the perfume inside anyway. Great product, great price, super quick delivery.

Website&delivery are ok, but I haven’t received the cashback as put on Quidco.

I ordered 3 pieces of Madonna ' s perfume Truth or dare, but I have only recived 1.. Full amount have been drawn through... This is not okay!!

Simple, straight forward and quick delivery. Will definitely shop with them again. Thank you guys.
