Booked online for albania to italy, very easy to pick up ticket. Booked flex ticket before that was easy to cancel. Actual ferry was appalling but don't think that was direct ferries fault lol

When you enter the route and departure dates in the search on our website, our system automatically provides the cheapest alternatives and sometimes also offers alternative dates or routes. However, it is always the customer who makes the choice between the options offered and it is customers responsibility to check all the details before confirming the booking.
The ticket prices are set by the ferry operators and subject to availability which does mean they can change at short notice. We check the live price several times during the booking process to let you know at the earliest opportunity of any price change. The price can also go down and it's important to us that we can provide the lowest price possible.

Nice but can be a lot better.
It's easy to buy the tickets,good organizations for the check in and parking the car inside the boat.
We are disappointed for the trash flying everywhere at the bar at lastfloor,some clients for sure are not attentive, but at the same time no one of workers was cleaning,so there's trash everywhere that can go on the sea and tables were dirty.
Same about the toilets.
I hope this helps to make it a better/cleaner place.

We had our trip from Igoumenitsa to…
We had our trip from Igoumenitsa to Corfu on July 18, 2025, at 10:00 AM. When we arrived at the port, we went to your agency, Kerkyla Lines. There, I asked the operator if we were at the right counter or not (so we wouldn't have to wait in line for nothing). I can't tell you the hell we were subjected to. She started screaming like crazy for no reason, an incredibly rude and cruel person. I think these people shouldn't have jobs that require welcoming and kindness to customers... I was very upset and didn't enjoy the trip anymore.

I sent my opinion at your info email address. Your ticket is designed to hide the most relevant information. The first date and time you see is the date and time that you made the ticket. Nobody cares. They wanna know when they leave. they wanna know where they leave from, they wanna know how long it will take, they wanna know when they will arrive, and they want the location of where they arrive. The actual location. The Google map location, location, the ferry port. You know who told me that? Nobody. God. When he made me. Just like he told me not to put pencils in my eyeballs.

Lost money
I paid for the Sardinia-Corsica ferry. I didn't get a confirmation. I'm trying to contact the company to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, only the machine answers me. They can't be contacted. Apparently the money is lost.

STOLE MY MONEY FOR A FERRY TRIP THAT WAS UNAVAILABLE
I purchased a ticket for a Ferry to Malta for 570€, it was upon confirmation from the ferry Company.Two days later they send me an email informing the ferry is full in the hours I want. I request a full refund, they told me the money was never taken, but surprise it appears in my bank account, and I realized they have STOLEN MY MONEY!! I have sent more that 20 emails, because there is no Phone and they still don’t refund the money I payed for a service that was never done. DIRECT FERRIES IS A TOTAL SCAM!! IS BETTER TO BUY TICKETS DIRECTLY TO EACH FERRY COMPANY.

I have only the worst experience with…
I have only the worst experience with Direct Ferries. I bought tickets from them for a boat, from Naples to the island of Ischia. The money was sent but I never received the tickets. That's why I contacted them immediately and, right on the first day, they confirmed that I had sent the money and that it will be back within 48 hours. Then they extended this deadline to 3-5 days. Today it is long overdue and they are still arguing with me whether I sent them the money (even though I have a confirmation from my bank). They confirmed twice that I had sent the money and then wrote twice that they had to review it. Direct Ferries obviously has a big mess in their payments. In my eyes, very unscrupulous and untrustworthy behavior. Not to mention that they wanted 3 500 CZK for the tickets and I ended up buying them directly at the port for 2 700 CZK. I definitely do not recommend them to anyone. They are thieves.
